Definately recomended!
I am a cancer survivor, and my doctors told me to use the neutrogena line because of the "Helioplex" line. I have used all their products, and have been very happy with all of them, I am very fair, and find their products to be very effective at preventing sunburn.
One previous post said that they developed an allergy to it and were all swollen...sounds like it could have been a heat rash, I've had that happen before, and I had to use a cortisone cream to get rid of the itch. So, it could have been an allergy, but if the sun was as scorching as they stated, it could also have been a heat rash. I wouldn't let that post discourage you from using this product.

Best Protection for my pale skin
Having pale skin with a pool and wintering in the Caribbean it seems avoiding sunburns is always a challenge. Beach Defense is hands down the best sunscreen I have ever come across. I love that it does not feel greasy, it smells great and works incredibly well in water situations. My daughter incurred 2nd degree burns using another brand while surfing 2 years ago. This year she was out on the water for over 2 hours and not even a bit of pink! This is a kid that starts burning in Canada in March! Thank you Beach Defense for allowing us peace of mind during our water sports.

Superior Sun Protection
As a road racer and triathlete, I spend a LOT of time outdoors. The sun at this altitude is extremely intense, not to mention the aridness. Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF 60 gives me the UVA/UVB protection I need, while also keeping my skin moisturized. The waterproof/sweatproof formula means I don't have to worry about reapplying at T1 out of the water or halfway through a 3+ hour training session. I train with it, I race with it, I even use it as my daily facial moisturizer since it is oil-free and doesn't leave chalky streaks behind!

Awesome product
Neutrogena Beach Defense sunscreen is one of my favourite products to use in the summer.
It has an awesome scent that's different than most other coconut-scented sunscreen. The lotion is easy to apply evenly on the skin, and although it stays on the skin for a long time (through swimming, sweating etc) it doesn't leave too much of a residue.
I have used a few Neutrogena sunscreen lotions, and this one is definitely my favourite. It smells great and protects my skin for longer periods of time than other lotions!

Great for days outside
I love this non-sticky sunscreen for when I know I'm going to be spending my days outdoors. Combined with my daily defense moisturizer, I know my super fair and burn prone skin is covered!!
