Great product
Worked for my acne prone skin! Helped with the pores and cleanses my skin without drying out. I use it before applying makeup as well as it helps smoothen out the skin that gives an exfoliating kind of feel.
I use this with cotton pads. I like to rinse and wash it off with my regular cream cleanser after using this product.
I was using bare minerals oil cleanser before this but was looking for a cheaper alternative. Glad I found this.

Terrible
Stings my eyes and leaves them red. But still doesn't get all of my eye makeup off. I have to throw it away. Such a waste.

Does not remove makeup and stings eyes
Neutrogena is usually my go-to for a lot of my skin care products, sadly the micellar water was awful. Did not fully remove makeup (makeup was still coming off when I used a toner afterwards), and it is not gentle on the eyes at all. After a couple of uses, I could no longer bear it the eye stinging. Disappointed that I wasted my money on this product.

Disappointing
Was really looking forward to using this product but after the first time I used it, my acne completely broke out. I was really disappointed that this happened when all I wanted was clearer skin. After using this a few times and receiving the same result, I think I’ll be trying something new.

does not work
I tried this product and it does not work in removing mascara at all.was not happy with it--rubbing It did not work, good thing I had another type at home to use!I would not buy again!!

Doesn't work at all
This product does NOT remove my eyeliner or mascara. I have tried every technique using cotton pads (a gentle wipe, holding the pad in place over my eye for a few seconds before wiping, actually rubbing, using more product, using less product) and have had to go back to using coconut oil to remove my makeup. I'm disappointed in this cleanser; I've never had a micellar water product from any company not work before. And to top it off, it smells terrible. Don't waste your money on this.

Great Product!
Work perfectly and does the job. I have foundation and eyeline every day. The product is gentle and make me feel clean afterwards.

Didnt work
My waterproof mascara didnt even smudge. Didnt do much with the foundation either. Not worth trying.
