My daily producy
I have used this product for 20 years mainly for its SPF and acidic qualities and I love it. It no doubt has saved my skin. I buy it for its exfoliating qualities but I also know it’s not for everyone- my husband tried it and found it too much for his sensitive skin. I have not been able to buy it as readily and I see now there are other products in the same packaging, I inadvertently bought the cream with tetrol. Just putting in my two bits in to encourage you continue with a great product. Was happy to recently find the classic sesame formula body oil that I used as a teenager and still has that smell I remember, but this product as well is hard to find.

Love this Product.
I have been using this product for at least 20 years. I am soon to be 48 years old and have smooth, wrinkle free skin. I often get complements on my skin/complexion and asked what products I use. This lotion contains alpha-hydroxy and is most likely why some people say it burns. Alpha-hydroxy is an acid folks, it’s doing it’s job. When I first started using it, it did burn for a bit after application, but didn’t after a week or so of consistent use. I Only use 1 pump and that does my entire face and neck. I also use this product with Neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser. Love it and will continue to use for many more years.

My favorite lotion for over 15 years
I've been using Healthy Skin SPF 15 for over 15 years. It is one of the best products out there. It brightens dull skin, and promotes skin exfoliation. If you have acne/problem skin it also helps with topical scarring making skin look fresh, bright, and renewed. People need to do their homework on the products they use, so as not to leave moronic one star reviews. This has alpha hydroxy, it's what helps exfoliate the skin. Every time it's used it's like a super mini inexpensive chemical peel. I love it! And the price is wonderful for what it does. If I buy a hydroxy product and I feel nothing (no slight burn) that product isn't doing what I bought it to do. All of the one star "it burns" reviews are 5 stars reviews in my book. This is a fabulous affordable skin rejuvenating product for certain skin types that need it.

Amazing Product -Truly!
I have been using it for a few years now and I have sensitive and aging skin. I use it in Spring, Summer and Fall and for winter switch to a deeper hydration. It truly does what it says in removing dull skin cells and improves the texture of the skin. When I am using it regularly I always get asked what I use-people comment how 'glowing' my skin is! No other product has had this effect. I love that it is lightweight and I do not break out at all with it, as I do with other moisturizers. BUT I have been looking for it everywhere this week and cannot find it !!!! : ( I pray it is not being discontinued!

Burns your Skin
This product should be discountinued. i have called the company to get my money back. it burns your skin even after you stop using it. it is aweful. I changed the product and still have the burning feeling for few days when putting another lotion. I never had any issues with any mosturisers and i like to try different ones but this one is terrible and I totally lost company''s trust. they did not even suggest a better alternative when i called them. I hope they stop selling this product soon.

Excellent facial cream!! USed for yeaaaaars...
Excellent product for the face! Been using for well over 12 years DAILY, like, every single day. No one believes I am well into my 50's. I truly believe it is years of using that facial cream. I truly believe this product is well worth the $$. It does have a "tingly" sensation when you apply it, which is invigorating, kids! Highly recommended. the only thing that stinks is its price!! But great facial cream if you use every single day for years at a time.

Excellent results!
I have been using this product for years and not only did I see an amazing improvement in my skin, others saw it too. They would comment how beautiful my skin looked. When I saw pictures of myself, I would instantly notice how fantastic my skin looked. My skin is smooth, balanced and has an incredible glow. I have run out of the product and am having trouble finding it. Please let me know where I can now purchase this product. I have tried several others but nothing works like this product. It is truly fabulous!

I tried using this product twice. The first time, it left my neck with red, itchy blotches. The second time I avoided my neck, thinking it had been OK on my face the first time, but it caused my face to become itchy and the skin around my eyes became swollen for two days (and yes, I did avoid applying around my eyes). As a long-time Neutrogena customer, I have never had trouble with the moisturizers, but could not find the usual one I use (Lift & Firm) in any local shops, so thought this would work just as well for me. Definitely did not. What a hassle and waste of money. Since I can no longer rely on Neutrogena products, I will be looking to other brands from now on: particularly those that use natural ingredients and those that can confirm they are against animal testing.

No greasy feeling
I am male, just started using this product two days, I like that it doesn't leave my face greasy. On the back of the bottle it says it will make my face more sensitive to the sun and that I shouldn't go out in the sun for a week after I use it, this is confusing to me, I thought this is suppose to protect my face and allow me to go out into the sun more. can someone please clarify.

Burns and ruins your skin
Both my boyfriend and I have horrifying experiences with this product. We bought it due to the packaging being almost identical to the moisturizer without alpha hydroxy. Our faces burned and bright red dots appeared. The redness lasted for days. My skin texture is still not back to normal it got bumpy right after use and resulted in deep breakouts (which I have never experienced before. I am 34 and have always had reasonable skin). I am so disappointed, I've had positive experiences in the past with Neutrogena, I never expected such a bad product from this company. DO NOT BUY.

amazing product
I have been using this moisturizer for at least 10 years. My skin is smooth and wrinkle free. I'm 53.
I've read comments from people here that their skin has experienced a burning feeling when they use this Neutrogena moisturizer. First of all, thi product has 'alpha hydroxy' in it. That may be the reason for the stinging. I have never really felt that. The added alpha hydroxy acid is just that...an acid. Citrus fruit has acids. Acids help exfoliate skin. Use this cream, lick your finger, it will taste lemony.
If it stings too much, maybe its not for you? Works great 4 me!

Please bring this product back!
This is the only face lotion I’ve used for decades and absolutely love it. Why is it being discontinued? It doesn’t appear as though there is anything being offered as a replacement, which means having to find a new product. I have always been extremely happy with it, but I am very disappointed now.

This lotion works for me so well so I'm very disappointed that it was discontinued. You did the same with the toner I was using so now have no option but to use products other than Neutrogena. Not sure why you get rid of a good thing. But you have lost my business for all of your product lines.

Used this product for many years..where did it go?
I've tried dozens of different brand and there is nothing like this on the market. Have they stopped making it? Did it get rebranded? I am a fan of ALL Neutrogena products but this was by far my favourite. I hope to see it in stores again soon.

Why are you no longer making this, Neutrogena? I’ve been using it for more than 30 years and love it. It’s light and moisturizes my very dry skin. So so disappointed that I can no longer find it :( Please bring it back

Not what I expected
I am having issues with red, irritated areas appearing on my face after using this product. Also, this product seems to dry out my skin quite badly - but it says to use in place of regular moisturizer?? Similar to another review, I find that the product stings upon application. I'm not too impressed. Wish I could return or exchange for a different product.

Didn't work for me
The smell was terribly bad, and if it didn't also sting when I applied it I would have kept using it, despite the weird smell. I wish this worked for me because the benefits sounded great. I have tried other Neutrogena skin care products which are my tried and true everyday use products. doesn't hurt to try.

Good basic daily moisturizer
I use this moisturizer daily, under my foundation or alone. I like that it has SPF, but definitely recommend using another higher SPF if you're spending time outdoors. Not a fan of the smell, but it does a good job of moisturizing without leaving my face feeling greasy. It does take a little while to absorb.

Bring back Healthy Skin Line!
Like many posters here, I am very disappointed that this product has been discontinued (as well as your other Anti-Wrinkle Healthy Skin products). I used it daily for decades and it has helped my skin immensely. I am often complimented on my skin and this is why! Why on earth did Neutogena discontinue this excellent product? It makes no sense. Was it hard to market a product that isn't called a "serum" and dispensed with a dropper? You had a great product. Consider re-launching it.

Burns skin
I purchased this product by accident thinking it was my normal Neutrogena moisturizer. The first time I applied it i had a hot sensation. It became a lot worse throughout the day and then my skin was burning! It left raised red bumps and was very itchy! I have used Neutogena facial cleanser and moisturizer before and was very happy. I have never experienced anything like this before. I am still feeling the burning after discontuing use two days ago. Extremely disspaointed!

Facial skin terrible, itchy, swollen.
I have never had a problem with any face moisturizers, from expensive to cheap dollar store products. At age 66 this is the first product I would never recommend. It left my face swollen, itchy, red. I looked like a young teenager with severe acne. I thought I'd try a bit on my arms just to see if I would have a reaction and it was just as bad. Two weeks to clear up with special doctors perscription

hydration and protection, what more can you want
Most people forget that they continue to get exposure to the suns rays even as we go about our daily activities during the entire year. With this product, I know I am protected at all times, and during the summer, it provides plenty of moisturizing effects (I live in a northern climate so the winters are harsh and I switch to a different product) and leaves a glow

chemical sensation on skin
I bought Neutrogena Healthy Skin from a local pharmacy about a week ago. I put it on my face just before going to bed that day. It produced an unpleasant sensation. Not quite a burning sensation but definitely chemical in nature. I could not sleep until I got out of bed and washed it all off.
How can I get a refund?
