This gel cream is really light and basically, disappears undo your skin seconds after you applied it.
Its scent is not very pleasant (kind smells like crayons) but I wasn't able to smell it under my make up.
It is oil-free and non-comedogenic (won't clog your pores), so you can use it pretty much every day. I felt that it provided some moisture but not enough to be the only moisturizer you will wear during the cold months. That being said it is perfectly fine for use during warmer weather.
It's is a good product and I'll we using it during the spring/summer.

It has a gel consistency and just sinks into your skin immediately with no stick residue. Its not oily at all but it feels so rich and hydrating. My skin feels radiant and soft since ive started using this cream.
I feel like this cream is suitable for all skin types and i would reccomend everyone to try it !

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Alright, I didn't think I was going to like this. I was dead wrong. I tend to have really dry skin at this time of year and almost everything I end up using makes my skin feel really oily later on.
This was a different story for this product. It smells really nice, not on the strong side at all. The texture is smooth and almost like gel infused with water. The nice part about it is that as soon as you put it on it dries up. I love that. No oily texture or greasy feeling later on.
I'm really liking this product!

For years was spending money to find the perfect moisturizer. My face is itself a challenge and to put together a day and night time treatment, seems almost,impossible. The typical T zone and on both sides of the cheeks, dry patches, all this with 30 year old scars, acne, whiteheads, blackheads, wrinkles and uneven color, redness. Saw in the store a sample size from this moisturizer and now I’m using a big jar. Perfectly evens out the hydration, on the oily part is smooth and silky, the dry patches have the same feeling for touching . Excellent, my skin loves it.,

I was so happy to received this gel cream! i already tried before, same size, sample-size. I wish it will be the real size. The sample size is very small to know the true effects, but when i tried for the first time, my skin feel so soft and very hydrated. I really like the feeling. The gel cream is very lightweight and the scent is a bit strong, but i was okay. I have very oily greasy face when it is summer time. It works magically for me, doesn't feel greasy at all. I recommend to everyone, especially for people who have oily/acne prone, i am not sure about who have dry skin. I will repurchase for sure.

The texture of the gel-cream is very light but still very moisturizing. It has a nice light fragrance, it feels nice and cool when you apply it to the skin, and it doesn't make your face feel sticky. However, I don't think it would be moisturizing enough for the winter months, especially if your skin is very dry. Overall a good product for the summer months but not so great for the cold winter months.

For starters the gel formula is really cool and unique. It spreads very evenly and sinks in well, so a little product goes a long way and I did not feel like I was wasting any.
There is an extremely light scent to this. It's barely there. Just enough to let you feel fresh. So this is good for someone picky about scents. It's also non greasy.
It left my skin feeling moisturized and soft, but also cool and calmed after a long day. I recommend this product before bed to help you relax.
I will definitely recommend this product to others and purchase it for myself very soon.

It has a nice light refreshing scent.
The price is good for the quality of the product. It takes only a little amount to moisturize your entire face. I expect this will be my new regular moisturizer, especially during the summer season.

It literally feels like your putting water on your face. I got this product for free from Chickadvisor and it was great to be reminded of moisturizers I need to restock in my collection. I have oily skin, and after using this my face does not feels oily at all. The price for the product is a bit hefty for the amount your getting but I might need to sacrifice money for the quality of the product

I have been having some trouble with my skin lately, which is completely unusual. I have a very dry patch on my cheek toward my ear. I have tried a bunch of creams to try and help the situation and nothing has been working. I bought this the other day because I thought, hey, it's claiming to be a hydrating product. I read that hyaluronic acid is the best thing for re-hydrating skin. I'm not kidding when I say after ONE application, it had already made a difference. In fact, my whole face feels smoother. The dry patch is almost completely gone after a few days. I will most definitely continue to use this product because it actually works. I highly recommend for anyone who is experiencing dry skin or patches, it works.

It applies very smoothly and easily, and you do not need a lot of product for each application. It absorbs into my skin quickly and does not leave a greasy residue, which I loved! Best moisturizer ever!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this moisturizer. I've been using it for over a year now and it is honestly the best moisturizer I've tried, even better than some of the luxury brands. The gel consistency feels very nice and cool going on your skin - it isn't thick like other moisturizers so it doesn't feel heavy either. It is very lightweight and feels refreshing. It has a mild scent that is nice and not overwhelming. It has helped me revive my dry skin to the point where I don't need to slather a thick amount of it all over my face. A quarter-sized amount is perfect for me!

At first I thought this our be an oily product because of its consistency, but it absorbs quickly and left my skin soft and not greasy.
It is very mild and effective - perfect for my sensitive skin.

This moisturizer gives a cool refreshing feeling while and after application. I bought this because the weather is getting warmer in Canada though it gets very dry in the province that i live in and it did not moisturize as much as I needed it to. My moisture level after using this product alone was at 35% and my skin is dry to combination skin type. Probably will use and repurchase this product when i travel to more humid countries.

Although, my face does naturally get oily throughout the day. I really like the texture and feel the cream has. It's very lightweight and gives a nice cooling sensation when you apply it to your face. The price is average, although I do find it's a big more pricey than other drugstore brands. However, you do pay for what you get! I would definitely recommend this product!

The gel consistency is easily spreadable and packs a lot of hydration in one use. I love this because of how lightweight and non-greasy it feels along with the hydrating aspect (probably from the hyaluronic acid, which is supposed to be really good for the skin). I wish that the product kept me matte, but it doesn't. I guess that's too much to ask since most face lotions don't anyway!

It doesn’t leave any residue and feels like nothing is on your face. It’s a deep moisturizer face cream for day time but doesn’t feel heavy. This didn’t break me out. It works wonders for my skin. This was my first time trying a gel moisturizer and I love it. It’s perfect for under makeup and actually made mine look even better then usual. This is such an amazing product.

This was another product that was recommended from my local MUA as I don't like to mix different brands when using a facial line. It went on so smooth and a little bit of product goes a long way. It does not make my face feel oily and it goes on so smooth and leaves my face feeling really refreshed. I use this twice a day daily and it is by far one of the best moisturizer/cream I have ever used. It is not too expensive and I would also recommend this to anyone who has normal/dry skin type. I did not regret making this purchase and I will continue to do so.

I wanted to test this for a few days after receiving before submitting a review. In the last year i have switched to solely using gel-creams as a moisturizer as i found regular creams tended to leave a greasy residue.
After coming out of a dry, miserable winter, this was a nice switch up to my regular routine.
The gel-cream is absorbed quickly, very faint scent - if you can even consider it that!
it is perfect as a light moisturizer before a night treatment, or even before applying the SPF 50 hydro boost sunscreen. (i've tried it as a primer too and it provided the perfect level of moisture without leaving a greasy film!).

I have a habit of licking it all year round, so in winter it's always dry and sore, and in summer it is usually sunburned. I live in SW Ontario, so for the past week I experienced both, haha. In Monday it was cold and windy and my lips were really sore, and by the end of the week I got it sunburned. NEUTROGENA HYDRO BOOST GEL CREAM solved it all. I started to use it overnight and now occasionally use it during a day, too. My lips are moisturized, beautiful and I don't need a cream or a lipstick anymore. I love the small tube as it allows me to carry it with me in my purse or pocket. NIce product with great quality!

I'm not sure if this cream is right for me and I probably wouldn't purchase it again.
We have harsh climate in Northern Alberta and I need something not as abrasive for my skin. Might work better for someone in a more southern climate.

I wear makeup everyday and face creams ensure that my complexion is flawless. I have combination skin so sometimes creams make my skin appear more oily. Honestly, I wish I knew about this cream sooner. My skin feels ultra and hydrated with no residue and even throughout the day my skin looks still fabulous without the shine.
The product glides over your skin so well that you don't even need to use a lot of product at all.
It also really works well under my makeup and doesn't cause any streaking with my foundation or concealers. Which I am sure I will need less of with the help of the hyaluronic acid.

- Absorbs quickly so that makeup can be applied almost immediately over top
- Pleasant but not overwhelming scent
- Effectively moisturizes skin, including my problem areas around the mouth and eyes without causing irritation or breakouts
Cons:
- The only drawback is the price, which is a little bit higher than most drugstore brands of moisturizers; however, considering all of the pros and how long a tub lasts, it might be worth it

This product works very well if you have sensitive skin and/or dry skin. I love that it is a gel and I know I will love it more during the summer. As the gel gives off that feeling of cool and refreshing feel. It's like water and it gets absorbed into the skin.

My skin, especially with the colder temperatures we've been having these last few months, is dry and sensitive which has always been a bother- having used the Hydro Boost gel cream- a little goes a long way for moisturizing- and left my face feeling soft and supple without any irritation. Definitely intend to pick this up after I'm done with it! I'd pass this on to my girlfriends who also supper the same skin type.

I am a lover of Neutrogena and have been using their products for years. From all the drugstore products I have tried, I find that the Neutrogena products are the least irritating on my sensitive skin.
With that being said, I really enjoyed using this moisturiser. It smells absolutely amazing and melts right into my skin without leaving a greasy residue behind. The gel formula was not clogging to my pores at all and I feel refreshed every time I use it.
The only draw back about this moisturizer is that my skin still feels dry after using it. I need to wear a generous amount of product before feeling hydrated.
