It was very easy to apply and had a nice cooling and soothing effect. It did not leave any sort of sticky residue, and my favourite point of all- it didn’t leave my skin feeling tight and did not break me out!! My skin felt smoother and refreshed. I would repurchase this product! The only downfall for me is that the top piece of the mask was slightly too large for my face and I had to fold the edges down, but it did not affect the application or use. This is a great product and I highly recommend it!

I've only used face masks a couple times, so I decided this was a great opportunity to take an awkward selfie. The product was super slippery and dripped everywhere, which was both unpleasant and fun. After wearing the mask, I didn't really feel any changes. The next morning, my face was a little bit swollen, but as the day went on, my skin was super soft and remains so, even a couple days later. I don't know if this was a coincidence, but I will try it again.Neutrogena® Hydro Boost hydrating 100% Hydrogel Mask

I have tried various sheet masks with hyaluronic acid, as I have very dry skin, but it was my first time trying a "gel format" sheet mask. The packaging was nice and consistent with the rest of the Hydro Boost franchise, however I do not think the mask did a great job in hydrating my skin. When I removed it, there was barely any serum left on my skin to massage in, and I did not feel like my skin was extra hydrated. I've used the Hydro Boost facial gel cream before, and I thought that that did a better job than the mask did.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product complimentary through an Influenster campaign. Let me start off by saying I LOVE sheet masks, less mess and hassle. This mask was a little difficult to remove from the packaging, I feel like I lost a lot of the product inside the packaging while trying to get it out. It felt great going on, I loved the gel and it was very refreshing. The mask stayed on well for the 15 minutes. Upon removing it I anticipated some product to be left on the face as you usually rub it in afterwards but there was no product left over. My skin feels good now but I’m not noticing too much of a difference.

Not for aging skin?
I saw that this had been recommended by Neutrogena to another reviewer after they discontinued Healthy Skin Boosters Daily Cleanser. I am not happy with the product after trying for at least a month, as it doesn't clean my skin very well but leaves it dull, greasy, and tired-looking. I will be on the hunt for another skin care product...again.

This mask gives a lovely feeling of coolness on the face which is nice when the weather has been very hot and my face a little sun burnt. However, my skin is very sensitive to anything I put on it (I am oily, dry, sensitive and acne prone), so the hyaluronic acid gave me a small flair up along my jaw line. It was nothing serious, and was literally the ONLY down side. It left my skin feeling, otherwise, very soft and refreshed! I would recommend this product for anyone with normal-dry skin!!

The Hydro Boost is a single use gel sheet mask that instantly soothes and cools the skin on contact and contains hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid. Thing to note is the noticeable fragrance that lasts throughout the 15-20 minutes I had it on and lingers. The fragrance is listed approx halfway up the ingredient list (above hyaluronic acid). If u aren’t sensitive to fragrance this mask will leave u with supple and hydrated feeling skin after application with tons of serum left in the packet to apply onto the neck. Not my fav but will do for a quick depuffing routine with the gel mask’s cooling effect.

Now I recieved this in a Neutrogena/ influenster Vox so I can't tell you at a price point. What I can say is my face has never felt so smooth. I am in love and I can't wait to go out and actually purchase the mask to use it more frequently. Just be careful that the mask doesn't fall off your face. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was pleasantly surprised with this mask. It absolutely did what it said it would. It hydrated, and felt super refreshing. I ended up only keeping it on for 12-13 minutes, as it started to feel sensitive along the edges of my face. Apart from that, it was cool and refreshing, hydrated really well, minimized some dryness based lines and wrinkles, and also took down some redness from blemishes and scarring. I wish I could give it a 4.5 instead of a 4; it was all around wonderful, just disappointing that it started to burn and tingle before the 15 minute mark for application.

It comes in two pieces so it’s supposed to be easier to put on your face but i found it more challenging than a traditional sheet mask in one piece. it’s a rubbery texture, not like tissue like other sheet masks which i thought was interesting. my skin didn’t feel that much different after but it was a bit more moisturized and in the summer heat it was nice and cool on my skin, very refreshing. overall i might buy it once in a while for something different but i’m not sure i’d use it often.

I received it complementary from Neutrogena and Influenster for testing purposes. It was my first time trying the product and I really liked the fact that the mask was more of a gel than a sheet because it stuck to my face and didn’t start to pull away as dried. Also I found that it wasn’t to wet to the touch so I didn’t have product sticking to my hair and getting all gross. I’d definitely try this mask again, I think it’s good money for value especially because it’s a drugstore product.

very difficult to use - not happy
instructions are awful. The mask was so slimy. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of and put on my face and then those flaps. OMG I don’t know if I was getting anything inappropriate into my mouth and eyes. I couldn’t get it to go flat on my face. It kept falling off and made such a mess. I ended up throwing it out. The instructions were very poor. It should have explained more carefully which side goes to your face because they were two things to peel off not just one, and it was just a mess and I was not happy, but I generally like your products I wanted to try it, but this was an awful experience.

This new material stuff to the skin so perfectly compared to your typical masks. The only issue I had was that it was a little flimsy/slippery during the application process. Once its on- you're good to go. As opposed to many other masks i've tried, this wasn't your typical tingly-feeling mask. I didn't see a huge change once removed but it definitely does what its set out to do - which is hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Would for sure recommend for someone who's skin is feeling a little dull! :)

I don't have much experience with face masks, do I'm not sure how this one would compare to others. I found it a little difficult and confusing when I took it out of the package because everything kind of slid off the packaging and I was confused as to which side actually went on the skin. Once I got it on it was a little heavy but felt very nice, like a heavy gel. After 15 minutes I took it off and my skin felt very smooth but also a little bit tight. I'm glad I got to test this product, but I don't think I will purchase it in the future.

I loved the feeling of the hydrogel mask, I would recommend it for others who are looking for a big glass of hydration for their skin. My only commentary would be that it was so slippery the white backing that you are supposed to peel off —slipped right from the mask as I took it out of the package, so I had a small difficulty at the beginning but after that it went smoothly! I am always down to try new ones and sheets masks especially as they are popular right now. My skin is extremely dry in winter and even somewhat in summer. Hydrating masks are right up my ally! I love how easy it was to apply and peel off, just washed off any extra product with water. My skin felt very smooth and had no dry patches after use! I would suggest trying this one out if you also have very dry skin! Applying makeup the next morning was very easy on my now smooth skin.

When i first opened the mask I was happy to see it was in 2 pieces because every face shape is different- when i put it on it made my skin keep very cool and refreshed. As i kept the mask on however it kept falling off my face especially the bottom half. The mask has eye covers as well as a lip cover to get a full coverage mask. Be careful when walking around with both eye covers up... After 15 mins i took the mask off and my skin felt silky smooth, and very hydrated. Thank you influenster !!!!!

It has a great cooling sensation when you have it on, and after keeping it on for 10-15 minutes as the directions suggested, it left my skin feeling super soft and hydrated. Normally with a regular (cotton?) face mask, I always feel that there is a ton of serum left over on my face and even after trying to pat it in, my skin feels sticky and I have to wipe it off. But with this mask, the serum actually feels like it’s been absorbed and I can pat the rest in without having to wipe my face! Beware when putting it on that this mask comes in 2 pieces (makes it easier to sit nicely over your skin though)!

I have to say that it was weird for me at first because I never used this kind of gel mask on my face, but I did love the feeling! Concerning the efficacity, I do have sensitive skin and I felt like it was very gentle on my skin and I felt very fresh and hydratated! I was very happy with this and would for sur recommand it for people with dry skin and sensitive, or not skin since it is very gentle! Thank you for these samples!

First of all, this mask is a mess! It comes in two pieces which are folded into each other in the package and I found lots of product ended up coming off just from removing them from the package.
When it’s on it feels nice and cool and refreshing. Once I removed it and let the excess product on my face soak in, I noticed it left kind of a grimy layer on my face.
Overall this mask was okay but I don’t think I would go out of my way to purchase one.

Super easy to apply, comes in 2 separate parts (so don't worry it's not broken) and best of all, it molds perfectly to your face shape. I suffer from severe dry skin, so many face masks that I use burn and sting my face making it really uncomfortable to use. Fortunately, this mask did not irritate my skin at all and I had it on for the appropriate time needed. I loved the feel of the mask on my skin and the scent was pleasant and not too overpowering. I will 100% buy and use this mask again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a two piece gel mask sheet. It was my first time trying a gel mask sheet and it seems to stick a lot better than regular sheet masks. It had a cooling sensation that I’ve never experienced with other sheet masks, which I thought was kind of cool. The mask fitted nicely, but I think I’d prefer one whole piece instead of two. It wasn’t difficult to apply but I just prefer the one. I also felt like there wasn’t enough liquid/serum as it didn’t feel soaking wet as most masks I’ve tried. Other than that, the price is comparable and affordable as with most sheet masks. I will purchase again and try the different kinds.

I have to say though, this mask did make my skin feel temporarily hydrated but after removing the mask I feel as though my skin felt almost the same afterwards. Understandably I know maybe I’d have to use this more than once to see results however, I really did have a higher expectation. On a higher note, the smell of the product was nice and light! I recommend using this on your skin before an important event where you want to glam your face up with some nice makeup. This might create a bit of a better “hydrated” skin for your makeup application.

It was a little slimy, and some of the product dripped as I was taking it out of the package but nothing excessive. Surprisingly, the mask stayed on my face fairly well even as I talked or moved which some masks tend to slip off. After removing the mask, there was a little residue that I was able to massage into my face and neck which contributed to the overall smoothness and glow on my face. I did like using this mask as it did help my face to feel and look healthy and hydrated.

The mask was so slippery that it refused to stay put on my skin, it continuously slid off. On top of that, it was in two pieces, which was supposed to make the application easier, but it just made everything more difficult with placement and especially paired with the sliding off problem...not good.
It also did absolutely nothing for my skin, there was no difference in the before and after.
Would definitely not recommend, there are so many other (better) products out there for hydration, save your money on this one!

I have purchased the moisturizer of this line and I can’t get enough of it. It’s just makes my face so hydrated and smooth. It is perfect for summer. This mask also has those same effect! I just love it! Neutrogena really wowed me with their hydro boost line. Everything just leaves my face feeling so hydrated especially since I do have dry skin and experience eczema. The formula is a gel that is so light weight and hydrating. Even the cleanser I just love the whole hydro boost line!!!!

Upon applying the mask I was satisfied to see that the mask contained a lot of essence which I believe is the most important thing. I was no a huge fan of the material of the mask and I found that it was hard to keep it from slipping off my face unless I was lying flat on my back. Despite that, I left the mask on for 30 minutes and was impressed with the results. My skin felt soft, brighter and more hydrated. Although I still prefer my korean sheet masks, I do think this is the best drugstore sheet mask I have tried. I would purchase it again.

I was skeptical at first as I had a hard time getting the mask in line with my face. The eye and mouth openings were a bit tricky due to the small flaps that sort of block the opening. HOWEVER, this mask turkey cooled down my skin, and after removal my face has honestly never felt this moisturized. I have very dry and sensitive skin, so I was thrilled that it didn’t irritate my skin! I would most defiantly recommend this mask to a friend, and will be purchasing it with my own money. Mask induced hives and facial swelling
This was gifted to me and I decided today was the day to use it. I've used many sheet masks before and find them lovely. Unfortunately, this one caused my face to puff up and break out in hives. Full disclosure, I have an anaphylactic allergy to latex but have NEVER had an issue with sheet masks. Nothing on the packaging indicates latex in the ingredients, nor is there any kind of allergen warning, even though latex allergies are commonplace. Stay away if you have a latex allergy.

The package was hard to open. It is two pieces that are packed together, which made it difficult to pull apart. Most of the product was sitting in the bottom of the package, so the mask was dryer than it should've been when I applied it. I did like the formula!! When I applied the excess to my face it felt hydrating and my skin felt smooth. I did not like the mask itself, as it was too hard to use. Would not recommend.
