Bottle Half Full :(
I purchased the Cocoa Butter Cream knowing it would be a great product and it does have the moisture I was looking for, BUT to my disappointment the container was half full :( to make matter worse the container came with a seal, so I SURELY appreciated seeing the seal (and thought no one was testing this in the store, lol). WHAT is the seal for if the bottle is only HALF FULL. Can I at least get the rest of what I paid for please?????????? Do customers need to weigh the containers to insure they are getting their money's worth?
