Not sure this is really keto
This product contains Isomalto-Oligosaccharides, or IMO's which can be hard on the gut and spike blood sugar in the same way that sugar does. They get away with it because of the regulations regarding labeling in North America, but in reality this ingredient behaves a lot like sugar.
