Best MCT Powder
Of all the MCT powders I have try, this is by far the best tasting! Following a Keto lifestyle, I use MCT powders daily so it must taste good plus be low carb and this one fits well. Nuveda MCT has a bit of a bitter taste and Nutiva is a little higher in carbs.

Stirs in well
I usually drink my coffee black but was told that I should add some mct oil into my diet. This is WAY too sweet and tastes like artificial sweetener of which I’m not a fan. I’ll try it my smoothies to hide that. The actual flavour is okay but the fake sweet is overwhelming. I wish I had got the flavourless variety

Doeant dissolve in coffee. Its clumpy and gross. It doesnt give any added flavoring.
Nasty nasty nasty!!! I cannot return the 2 unopened containers i bought.
This company doesnt allow you to send back unopened containera. Very bad!!!
