Ingredients
Scented using 100% pure essential oils, the hair bars included in the Wildcrafted collection are specifically formulated for different hair types and concerns. They are easily customizable to meet individual hair needs, and are formulated with naturally-derived colorants, and active ingredients, like turmeric, calendula, and charcoal. And most importantly, they are: color-safe, and vegan, cruelty, and plastic-free!
A seriously smooth operator that fits the bill for combination and frizzy hair. Powered by a unique blend of soothing calendula, calming scalp conditions and protecting against cell-damaging free radicals, and the protective properties of quinoa, improving the hairs’ moisture retention ability for smoother hair (often with one use!). A tranquil union of essential oils seal the deal, with neroli and just a hint of sweet orange.

Directions: Following shampoo bar, with conditioner bar, start at the scalp, and move the bar through hair to the ends. You will feel the ‘slip’ of the conditioner in your hair when you rinse thoroughly. Conditioner can be reapplied to ends and left in as a detangler, prior to combing hair. Dry and style hair as usual. Keep product out of eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. These bars last longest, and perform best, when allowed to dry between lathers. We recommend storing them on a soap dish with drain holes and keeping them away from spraying water while not in use.

Super soft hair.
This is my favourite of the Unwrapped Life conditioner bars so far. I found it a lot easier to apply than the unscented one and there is a pleasant light and cheerful orange scent. It makes my hair soft and manageable. To apply I put all my hair to one side, hold the bar in one hand and place the other hand behind my hair pushing against the hair/bar and pull down the length of it, repeating until I cover all my hair. I finger comb it through and leave it on for a minute or two before I rinse. I found it does get used up a lot faster than the same shampoo bar though and it is a bit more difficult to apply the thinner the bar gets.

Listen to the “Super Soft Hair” Review!
I followed the instructions in the “Super Soft Hair” review here and it worked perfectly for me! My lengths/ends tend to be quite dry so I was sceptical about how I’d get sufficient conditioner on to wet hair from a bar. Like should I melt it in my hands? But no, just swipe it on like she says. In my case it’s like four passes to each side, ear to ends, then run my hands through to distribute and I’m good to go. Leaves my hair tangle free, nice and soft. I have fine slightly wavy hair that tends towards frizz so I specifically tried this without following with any sort of leave in conditioner or defrizz product afterwards to see its impact and yes, it keeps the frizz away for me!

Doesn’t do a lot
To be fair, it’s a lot better than heavy oily deposits, but doesn’t do much at all. I imagine getting the right oiliness onto wet hair in bar form is a tall order. Might be better used on towel dry hair and left in.
