Really disappointed: Incorrect Measurements!
This banneton liner is barely big enough to proof a hot dog bun! I have gotten out my ruler and stretched it in every direction to see how the measurements on the tag are supposed to match the actual product! The tag says 10" x 6", the website says L10 x W7 x H3" and the actual product is none of the above!
I was expecting to be able to proof a loaf of bread, like the website describes, but it is SO small. Literally a hot dog bun not a loaf of bread.
