Eucalyptus works wonders for me in the sauna. Water and eucalyptus poured on the heated rocks is very therapeutic! This is why i really like the biggest bottle of eucalyptus
Ive been buying this big bottle for years as it has a lot of health benefits in the sauna. Good for my sinuses, relaxing, great smell and deep breathing .
