Directions: Use in a diffuser for aromatic attributes. Add to a diffuser or create
your own room spray by adding up to 30 drops to 30 mL of water in a
spray bottle.

Ive been buying this big bottle for years as it has a lot of health benefits in the sauna. Good for my sinuses, relaxing, great smell and deep breathing .
