The Mind That Energy Aroma Mist has an uplifting scent. I like to keep this bottle in my end table and spray it on my pillow ten to fifteen minutes before I get out of bed. I find it helps awaken my senses and gets me motivated to start my day. It lingers lightly making it not too overwhelming. I would definitely like to try a soothing scent such as lavender to use before bedtime to help me unwind.

I usually spray it on my bed, laundry, curtains, and basically all the fabrics in my closet. It gives the whole space a soft, grounding vibe that actually makes me feel more relaxed. Definitely a new favorite in my little routine.
