Description

NOW® Sports Egg White Protein is an excellent natural source of high quality protein. Good quality proteins rate well on the PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score), the most accurate measurement of a protein’s quality. NOW® Sports Egg White Protein rates as one of the highest quality proteins available when using the PDCAAS. A good mix of proteins from different sources provides the best results, and high quality NOW® Sports Egg White Protein is an excellent addition to any protein supplementation program.

Directions: Dietary protein supplementation: Add 1/4 cup (20 g) of Egg white Protein powder daily to 12 oz. (340 mL) of milk or other liquid. Mix and consume. Liquid egg white substitution: Mix 2 tablespoons of Egg white Protein powder with six tablespoons of water to equal 2 liquid egg whites.

Caution: This egg white powder is pasteurized, which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Therefore, biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.

Natural color variation may occur in this product. This product is sold by weight not volume.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent for baking I make a Carnivore protein bread and have been using this egg white powder. It works beautifully. It doesn’t dissolve as quickly as I’d like, and if it doesn’t, the product clumps in the baking. But I’ve learned to add it to the recipe slowly allowing it to incorporate slowly and it works perfectly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Upset stomach. Not sure why my body resisted this product since I bought this version of protein due to the fact I avoid milk, gluten, and soy products. Thought this would cause no problems for me, unfortunately it did. I put 1/4 cup of it in my cold oatmeal with fruits and an hour later my stomach began to bloat along with pain. Eventually getting the runs every few minutes and puked 5 times non stop. This lasted an hour or so. I personally had a terrible experience with this product and will be returning it. Hope it works better for you than I did.
