So many low card recipes call for this sweetener but It has a lingering very unpleasnat aftertaste. I made brownies with this sweetener, today I'd rather give up on a little something sweet than eat erythritol ever again.

Very happy with this product! It took my stomach a few days to get used to it and now it's great!

I was hoping this would not effect the digestive system, but it does have the same effects as Xylitol. Hard on the gut. So I can't use this unless I combine with the organic cane sugar I already use.

Tastes ok when a recipe calls for small amounts of sugar. Most affordable replacement for low carb diet.

I bought this for my husband as he needs sugar in his coffee. So far no complaints. It's a great product when you're on a low carb diet.

This is the first time I have tried Erythritol and I liked it. It is super sweet so I could use slightly less than the recipe called for. It has a nicer taste than stevia and can almost pass for real sugar in baking.

Works for me. I go through a lot of it in the summer when I'm making Hibiscus Iced Tea. Tastes good and I feel great afterwards.

Erythritol, although not as sweet as sugar, does have the same crunchy texture...this makes it a good substitute, for example, in toppings that require sugar. Unlike xylitol, it has no calories whatsoever...which is great for dieters. It does not cause tooth decay as sugar does and, according to studies, it is less likely than the other sugar alcohols to cause digestive problems. A good product in the kitchen "arsenal."
