NOW Solutions Magnesium Topical Spray is a pure, highly concentrated, topical magnesium chloride solution sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands. This magnesium spray is easily applied and non-greasy. Four sprays provides approximately 66 mg of elemental magnesium. Convenient
This is a great way to prevent cramping and restless legs. I use it daily after my long walks and I'm no longer plagued by restless or heavy legs.

Easy to use
A better way to take magnesium in my opinion, instead of trying to decide which of the many types to take orally, this gives me the whole nine yards, then eat a bit of dark chocolate daily and I believe I’m getting a more complete magnesium especially when it comes from the z sea. I just blend with lotion and switch locations daily like from legs to arms and torso.

Works great for Restless Legs!
I have bad Restless Legs and read that magnesium can help, but the oral pills just make you run to the washroom, so love that this is topical. It can sting a little when you first start using it, and is better absorbed right after showering, but the best part is that is works! Calsm my legs down and helps me sleep.

Helps deep sleep
It helps me sleep. I read online to spray it on the souls of your feet to prevent skin itchiness. I keep it on my nightstand. Helps me sleep through the night. Forgot to use it one night and I woke 4 times.

Best source of magnesium where it comes from, and best way to get daily needs in my opinion. I mix a generous amount in my lotion and apply all over except on face.
