Received open product
Although well.ca states that opened products cannot be returned I was sent what was clearly an opened box. The round plastic security seal wasn’t attached on both sides and had clearly been removed by someone. Since this is a product that comes in contact with your skin, potentially used products shouldn’t be sent to customers. I’m not sure that I can retrieve it since the packaging is already open. I’ve tried to reach out to well.ca customer service but no response has been received after a couple of weeks.
