Safe Sun Lotion
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Ombrelle Water Resistant Lotion with SPF 50 free for testing purposes. I'm happy to say that this sun lotion for kids is made without oxybenzone, a chemical that can irritate skin. Instead, it's made with lots of safe ingredients that work together to protect skin from the sun. It's fragrance free, too, with absolutely no "sunscreen smell". This non-irritating lotion only takes seconds to absorb, which is great for my active kids. The size of the bottle is nice, too. It's the perfect size for taking on the go. Overall, this is a great sun lotion!

Brilliant kids sunscreen!

Most kids sunscreens are heavy and very tacky but this is surprisingly lighter than most. My son who usually kicks up a huge fuss when I apply sunscreen doesn't mind this at all. It's not greasy and the usual sunscreen smell is also not as strong.
The best part is it managed to protect my boy, myself and my husband after a whole day at the beach under the hot sun! None of us have any sunburn which is a pleasant surprise because my husband burns easily.
This is definitely worth a repurchase!

great for kids
The following options are my own. I received the Water Resistant lotion from #Trywithtopbox and it was a #freeproduct. As soon as I put it in my hand to put on my child, I noticed that the scent is very light and the texture feels light. I put it on my child's body and it went on with no problem, no white lotion that I had to keep rubbing. It absorbed really well and left no residue. The days tried #ombrelle were very hot and sweaty and reapplied it after about of 3.5 hrs and my child did not burn at all. I will be purchasing this for our vacations as my daughter doesn't let me apply anything without her screaming, let me put this on her no problem.

Awesome sunscreen
I received this product free for an honest review.
Unfortunately when we received this our summer came to a quick close when we received snow here in Alberta so I can’t rate the sun exposure on this product but I can rate everything else. The packaging is sleek and easy to use. It doesn’t make a mess. It’s the normal Ombrelle packaging basically. There is a bit of a scent but it’s nit the beach coconut scent that I hate it’s just a nice light sunscreen smell. The sunscreen blended nicely into the skin and didn’t leave any white makes. It also isn’t sticky or greasy like most others can be. Overall it seems to be and awesome product and I would recommend.

Great for every day use

Sometime I feel like I don’t think about sun care for my kids unless we are spending time in the sun outside. But really, sub care is 365 day kind of thing! I have to say that the water resistant lotion with spf 50 has been great to apply every day before school! It dries down quick without and overwhelming smell and is not greasy. At the very least I get those kiddos faces covered! I was really happy with the application and the ease of use. The bottle has a nice snap lid that makes it spill proof in my purse as well!

Little goes a long way

This lotion is way better then other brands I have used in so many ways. It is extremely absorbent, spreads easily, not greasy, plus you only need a very small amount to do the job. Since my kids are at an age they like to do things them self it works great for us because it absorbs quickly making less of a mess. Now the only reason I give it a 4 is because it comes out quickly and maybe should have a smaller opening to prevent waste. But other then that it will be something I purchase in the future.

I usually cannot stand applying sunscreen on my kids just because the scent always bothers me, and I haven’t found a brand that didn’t have that smell (thank god for the sprays lol). But this garnier brand is absolutely fantastic! I can totally handle the smell. It isn’t too strong and heavy, and the application is definitely more bareable. It is also long lasting which is obviously the best part. I will definitely repurchase this product in the near future. I highly recommend it!

great gentle product for my kids
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was given the opportunity to try the new Kids SPF 50+ Water Resistant Lotion for free from Topbox Circle in exchange for my honest opinion. I used it for my girls before school. Application was easy. As advertised, it seemed to quickly absorb into the skin which is great. It did feel a little sticky in my fingers in the beginning but it didn't last long. It was fragrance free which was perfect for school as the school environment is scent sensitive. I'd use this not only on my kids but also on myself and the hubby. Good product for the whole family
