Interesting
Completely unsweetened chocolate is an acquired taste. If you've acquired it, you may really enjoy this bar. If not... think of it as an interesting new experience.
I don't regret the experience. I feel like a kid trying black coffee for the first time. If I can't get used to the flavour I'll use the rest of it as baking chocolate.
