A water-miscible, non-greasy non-medicated base use in different applications:
- Use as a soothing moisturizing cream.
- Use as a base for the preparation or dilution of dermatological creams. This base is perfectly suited for the preparation of numerous topical prescriptions based on oil in water emulsion.
