A mouth so clean you could eat off it
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wanted to give this toothbrush as much chance as possible to wow me as I've used my (previous) electric toothbrush for YEARS now. Does it work as well? Is it any better? Will I even notice a difference?
First things first, I could tell how much better the movement was on this toothbrush for all of the toothpaste bubbles it generated. I was used to walking around my bedroom, picking up as I brushed my teeth, but now, if I opt to do that, I'll leave a trail of toothpaste where ever I go.
Second, with the app running, it's easy to tell how much pressure I'm putting on my teeth - I, like many others, have slightly sensitive teeth. No one needs a toothbrush that acts as sandpaper to our enamel. Although I figured the app was more of a novelty at the beginning, it was nice to track my progress as time went on, verifying how well I was cleaning my teeth.
My front teeth also have a thin layer of veneer over top, necessary because I busted my mouth up good as a youngster. Because of this, scratches are much more obvious on my front teeth. This causes stains to set much easier. The Oral B electric toothbrush is gentle, but thorough. The motion means I'm not getting vertical or horizontal movements across my teeth, so not giving the stains a place to hide.
The round shape of the brush head cups each of my molars, brushing all sides and the top at the same time. Reminds me of the car washes I used to go through as a kid. After 2 minutes of brushing (along with flossing), my teeth feel spotless.
I've told my daughters - you only have one set of teeth. Take care of them. We all subconsciously judge people on their smiles, even if we don't like to admit it. Do what it takes to put your best foot forward, and I feel like the Oral B Pro 6000 really allows me to do that. What a confidence booster!!!

So Fresh and So Clean!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I think this is the most INGENIOUS product that has come out to date! First and foremost opening this box and seeing the actual product inside is amazing in itself! The look and feel of this toothbrush is something to brag about! It has a very classy sleek design and a very modern "cool" look! I love that it is so comfortable and easy to hold which makes use that much more effortless. It has everything you could ask for and more in an electronic toothbrush and I found that hooking it up to phone *bluetooth was just as amazing as it sounded! I love that it tracked every time I brushed my teeth, it records exactly how I brush and when I am brushing too hard. That it blinked red when I did it so that I could ease of a bit. After all these years I never realized how hard I had been brushing! Afterwards I was able to make sure that I didn't brush too hard to ensure I was doing it right! I had noticed that it removed most if not ALL the plaque under my gum line and that it even made my teeth look brighter and shinier. There is even a timer that tells you when to switch sides of your mouth! I found that two minutes felt like ten minutes but I think that is because I had always been in such a rush to just brush my teeth and go! This way I know now that if I take that full 2 minutes time I will be doing it right and adopting a proper teeth cleaning regime. I used the app to see what it was all about and it was pretty cool that it showed your progress and the kids seemed to think it was a lot of fun and thought it was the "coolest thing"! This is really an innovative product and very easy to store and bring to overnight excursions as well. My teeth already feel Fresh and Clean and plaque free! My wife even asked me to buy new heads so she can use it too!
Overall I gave this toothbrush a 5/5 simply for the reason as it is pretty incredible and works amazingly!

A great product for techies!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was super excited to try the Oral-B Pro 6000 Smart Series Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth connectivity especially as I had just visited the dentist and was wanting to up my dental hygiene routine.
Pairing this toothbrush with my phone was completed within a few easy steps and it was neat being able to pick my own "colour" of toothbrush. It did take me a few tries to figure out how to use the program in its entirety (especially how to get it to register that I had flossed and used mouth rinse as well as brushing my teeth).
The app helps you set up your toothbrush so that it recognizes what areas of your mouth your are brushing. When you are using the app while brushing your teeth, it guides you to what areas you should brush and for how long, with the mouth being divided into 4 quadrants and getting you to brush each quadrant for 30 seconds each. The coolest part about this is that it indicates when you are brushing too hard, which is something that I didn't know I was doing!
After brushing your teeth for the full 2 minutes (although you can brush longer, if desired), the app then guides you to also brush your tongue (informing you to do so from back to front), floss your teeth, and use mouth rinse.
While brushing your teeth, the app provides you with fun quotes, photos and news to keep you entertained for the 2 minutes while brushing your teeth -- so cool!
My only complaint about this toothbrush is that to use it fully, you need to have your phone with you and the app on every single time you want to brush your teeth. While you can use the toothbrush without the app, you certainly do not get the full experience unless you have it on.
This is a great toothbrush for those who are more technologically inclined because the app might be a bit confusing for those who aren't as tech savvy as others.
Otherwise, a great toothbrush and definitely something that can help you up your dental hygiene game!

Oral-B PRO 6000
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was soooo excited to be able to try this amazing toothbrush. I just could not wait to try it. Unfortunately, I have mixed emotions about something that I was sure I was going to love and want to recommend to everyone.
I really like the fact that it will let me know if I'm brushing too hard or not long enough. The fact that it let's me know when it's time to move on to a different part of my mouth is just amazing. And I love that I can choose the color of the ring on it and make it look even better. I was really looking forward to having great oral health and helping my family have the same experience as me.
A few things I don't like about the brush is, it says that it store your brushing information if you brush without your phone being within Bluetooth range but it actually does not do that. I was away in Cuba for 1 week and could not wait to get home to see all of my brushing information be loaded into the app but nothing showed up. J also find it quite sad that I actually have to have the app open on my phone while I'm brushing. I thought just having my phone next to me would be enough to record my brushing but it turns out that the app needs to be opened in order for it to record. I also find that the information booklet is not very helpful. I was looking for more information on the different settings but could not find much of it.
The one thing I was most excited about was to be able to share my brush with my family. Seeing has it has 4 slots to store brush heads and the brush heads come with different color rings to identify which one is which, I assumed 4 people could use it. Unfortunately, I could not find any information on this either. I even went on the Oral-B PRO 6000 website but could not find anything on this. It would be nice to be able to share it and get my families opinion on it as well but no can do.
I'm not so sure I would recommend it for now. Hopefully some change can be made to the app and the brushing can be recorded even if the app is not opened.

We Love Our Oral-b
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I always notice teeth. It's not intentional, I just always have. I'm always looking for ways to keep my teeth beautiful and healthy in a convenient way.
I have been so impressed by the Oral-b Smartseries electric toothbrush. From first use I could feel the difference in how clean my teeth were. They felt noticabley smoother all day. It's so easy. I was glad to have the video demonstrating the best way to use the brush (I had been doing it wrong-moving the brush like a manual). The brush vibrates differently to let you know it's time to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. Ensuring every area is thoroughly addressed. I know it's doing a much better job than the manual brush because my teeth actually feel harder when I bite together.
I appreciate that the light on the brush turns red if you apply too much pressure. It's so easy to press too hard and doesn't take long to wear your gums down.
You can buy different brush heads depending on your needs. There is an attachment that sits with the charging base to hold brush heads, perfect for my children and I to store the heads not currently in use. I think this could be improved if it had drainage holes.
There is a free app to can download and use the Bluetooth to connect to. It allows you to change the colour of the light ring on the brush, which is neat but not necessary. It also tracks your brushing and offer suggestions and reminders. The app would be considerably more useful if you could add multiple users. I'm sure it would further incentivise my children of they could see their individual records.
On top of loving how well the brush it working on my teeth my two kids (8&6) were excited to try it out too. We picked up a 2 pack of the Oral-b Jr brush heads, they're extra soft. My kids have consistently (we've had the brush for a little over a week) volunteer to brush their teeth morning and night. Sometimes even arguing over who goes first. The improvement in plaque removal from my son's teeth was visible after the first use.
This brush has been a fantastic addition to our oral care routine, I'm sorry we didn't have it sooner.
As a Mom who has had to remind, beg, plead with her kids to PLEASE BRUSH YOUR TEETH! I can say this brush has made my days better.

Time to get rid of your old toothbrush
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Before I begin, I would like to say that I completely fell in love with this toothbrush. I received an other electric toothbrush as a gift a few months ago and after trying it a few times, I stopped using it since it was not doing much for me. The Oral B pro 6000, on the other hand, quickly became a big part of my regular routine!
After using it for a little over a week, I can honestly say that my mouth feels way cleaner than it used to with a regular manual toothbrush. Having the 2 minutes timer made me realized that I was not taking as much time as I should have in order to get a really good cleaning. To the point that I sometimes take more than 2 minutes, changing the mode of the toothbrush in one click.
Also, I used to have a hard time brushing my molars properly, since my regular toothbrushes seemed to be clunky. I would even gag myself trying to do a good job, but not anymore. I can easily reach the back of my mouth with this product without having any discomfort.
The pressure indicator is amazing. An other big realization was to discover that I was doing it all wrong. A red light turns on when you apply too much pressure and during my first usage, it turned on way too many times. I became more aware of that and discovered that I do not need to put my enamel at risk for my mouth to be clean.
As for the Bluetooth part, I am not a huge fan. I know it is a big upgrade for this company, but it is a little bit too time consuming for me. After downloading the oral B app (which is quite heavy 117MB) I might have used it twice. Even though it allows you to change the speed, light colors, and a lot more, I don't see why I would need to keep track of all my brushing seance. On top of it, I have to turn on my Bluetooth manually every time I want to use it, since leaving it on all the time kills my phone battery. It just seems too demanding for those mornings you are rushing out the door.
I am not completely dismissing it though. Some nights where I have more time and feel like it, I will activate it just for fun, but all in all, I don't think that feature is a game changer. I gave it 4 stars simply for the Bluetooth aspect, but keep in mind that it is an amazing toothbrush that truly leaves your mouth clean!!

Heaven for my pearly whites!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have always been a manual brush type of gal. I have noticed as I have entered my 30s that the state of my teeth have declined. They are easily stained now, and just don't look as pearly white as they used to. Upon meeting regularly last year with my dentist to have some routine care done to my teeth, they asked me whether I would consider changing to an electric toothbrush, and outlined the various positive reasons why I should make the change. I got the Oral B Pro 6000 and was very excited to start using it, and to begin the journey of making my oral health a priority. When I opened the box, I was giddy with excitement for my new toothbrush. I read through the manual and was pleasantly surprised to see that this brush had multiple modes for various styles of brushing, classic, sensitive, massage--the list goes on. I was interested because I do have a couple teeth that have a lot of gum recession and brushing often becomes painful in these areas. Now I have a sensitive setting I can switch to when I am around those problem teeth, and its been great! Since we live in a technological age, I was happy to see that there is blue tooth enabled tech with this toothbrush, and immediately downloaded the Oral B app as a companion to my new brush. I think its just the coolest thing! Not only does it track my brushing time, it gives you warnings if you're brushing too hard, summarizes your weekly or monthly brushing habits and gives you reminders to do things that often go overlooked like brushing your tongue, flossing and using mouth rinse. I am happy to say that I am in love with this product. After one use I could see and feel the difference. My teeth felt AMAZINGLY clean, and the few really stained spots on my teeth were noticeably cleaner. I was blown away! ONE USE! I love how it made my mouth feel, so much so that I now look forward to brushing. It's like a little treat for my teeth. The app really helps you to remember that you need to floss regularly. It keeps you accountable, and let's you review your brushing activity. I love how it encourages you to put your oral health first! I am proud to say that this toothbrush has helped me put my oral health in the forefront of my mind, and I will keep using it to make sure that my teeth are the best they can be, and that my mouth is nice and healthy. Awesome product, and I will be recommending it to anyone and everyone!

Amazing product!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries electric toothbrush with Bluetooth connectivity is by far the best thing I could do for my oral health! I might sound like an advertisement but it's true: I have gingivitis and have looked at electric toothbrushes for a while now. When I saw this one had app support, I knew it was going to be the one for me.
I was so excited when I received it, I examined the parts and read the manual. That manual is used for a few different smart brushes. There was mention of a piece to put your cellphone in and suction it to the wall for use with the app. There was also mention of possible ways to connect the carrying case (which could also be used as a cellphone holder for use with the app in some cases) to the charger for charging on the go. My box didn't contain the suction piece and the carry case included can't charge on the go nor will it hold up my phone so I can use the app with the brush.
None of those matter though. The app doesn't connect anyway (I was able to connect my 4 year old's play phone but not my flagship smartphone - go figure) so I won't be using the phone with the brush nor do I plan to use it on the go. I also can't comment on the smart portion of this brush as it refuses to connect with my LG G5.
Here's what I can say about the Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries: I brush better and more often than ever before! My gums are healthier, my teeth feel cleaner, I really love it! I now understand why I should have switched years ago. Heck, my 4 year old is no longer afraid of going to the dentist! That alone is worth all of the money this brush is worth for me. Granted I have no clue which of it's 5 settings works in my favour, I try them anyway. If gingivitis flares up, I use the feather, if not, then it's the tooth+ (I'm sure the app tells you what they're called). My sister's so imoressed, she considers upgrading her Oral-B electric brush to the Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries. The app does connect to her phone and the features are awesome! It keeps a log of your oral health activity and guides you to take better care of yourself when it's connected! I wish I could do that but alas, in this case it's not me, it's you Oral-B app, that won't work. I have the equipment and hope a fix is on its way soon so I can recommend this specific brush.
For now, do get an electric brush but in some cases, splurging on a SmartSeries won't do you any better than the other/less expensive versions.

Lives up to the hype

I've been brushing my teeth for over 50 years now and I never thought that I could do it any better...but I was wrong and the Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth Connectivity Powered by Braun showed me a better way.
Both Oral B and Braun have always had great reputations and are highly trustworthy companies, and they’ve proven it again with their Oral-B Pro 6000
The sure test was that I used the Oral-B Pro 6000 for 3 days then I went back to a regular tooth brush. BIG Difference! My mouth felt so much cleaner, almost dentist clean with the Oral-B Pro 6000 but when I used a regular tooth brush, I missed that feeling.
Let’s start with the fact that it lights up when you’re bushing too hard! Sometimes we don’t realize that too much pressure can do more harm than good but when you see the toothbrush light up, you know you need to lighten up a bit. You also have the option to customize your colours in order to really personalize the experience.
It has 5 different cleaning modes so that you can brush depending on what you need at the time: Daily Clean, Gum Care, Sensitive, Whitening, and Pro-Clean Mode
Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth Connectivity Powered by Braun removes a lot of plaque on the teeth as well plaque along the gum line which helps with flossing. Even stubborn plaque doesn’t stand a chance is easily broken down by the cross action brush head which not only surrounds each tooth but also oscillates, rotates, and pulsates to break up plaque.
As long as you keep it plugged it, the battery lasts. Otherwise it’s a few days of charge.
If you do travel a lot, it comes with a handy travel case and the battery is portable so you never have to miss the whole mouth clean it provides.
Finally the Bluetooth connectivity. I say that it’s really interesting to see our habits and learn things about ourselves but I’m not sure it’s necessary. Undoubtedly the price tag on the Oral-B Pro 6000 is partly due to the technological app. I loved it for the first few days but I found that it wasn’t necessary after a while and I don’t use it anymore. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5
I’m definitely going to buy replacement heads and I’m going to encourage my wife to use it as well.
All in all the Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth Connectivity Powered by Braun is a great tooth brush and I’d recommend it to anyone who asks.

Your New Everyday Toothbrush
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Oral B Pro Series 6000 is absolutely amazing. I have never owned an electric toothbrush before and was hesitant about the cost of one. After using the Oral B Pro Series I am convinced this is the only toothbrush everybody should be using.
This is an accessible, intelligent toothbrush, with an app and multiple settings to ensure you have the best brushing experience every time. I have downloaded the app to ensure I am brushing my teeth for the required two minutes and spending equal time on each quadrant of my mouth. Through the app's settings the user is able to set the lighted ring near the top of the brush to a colour of their choosing (an added aesthetic touch that makes it a bit more engaging to brush with for 2 mins each time!). The app has many more features, offering tutorials on effective teeth brushing and will send you reminders if it has not sensed you (through bluetooth) maintaining proper teeth brushing regimes.
I have been using the whitening setting on my Oral B- a pattern that is designed to help keep your teeth the whitest. My teeth have only ever felt this clean after a brushing at a dentist. They are smooth and clean after every brushing and I really feel like the circular motion of the head helps to break up plaque and get my teeth their cleanest. Far more effective than a traditional manual brush. A sensor in the brush ensures you do not brush your teeth too hard and to allow the appliance to do the brushing (no need to scrub back and forth like a traditional brush- the Oral B does all the work for you). If you do press too hard, the aforementioned coloured light up ring will turn red to notify you you are pressing too hard.
I have travelled three times with my Oral B so far. While the docking station is convenient and efficient- it would be a pain to travel with (and when flying on planes, extra weight/luggage is never needed). I have travelled anywhere from 3-6 days with my Oral B and it has maintained its charge the entire time (brushing minimum twice a day). The charge and pressure on my brush was just as effective and powerful on day 1 of my trip as it was on day 5. The company claims it is good for 12 days in between charges- and while I have not gone that long in between charges, I do not see any reason why it would not satisfy this claim. The brush comes with a convenient hard plastic travel case that keeps brush and head clean and safe during travel. It's size is small and light so it is not cumbersome in luggage.
This toothbrush really is revolutionary. It is by far the most effective toothbrush I have ever used and has enough features to satisfy the oral hygiene concerns of any user.
