Very hard to use
Love OXO products so I didn't expect to be disappointed. This cup is very hard for a little one to use. Design is nice, easy to handle, but in order to get any liquid out you have to bite down on the straw at a particular spot and suck at the same time. I am very surprised I hadn't read this in other comments. Challenging even as an adult.

Disappointed
I wanted to use this cup to feed my 11m smoothies but I watched her struggle w just water. I tried and barely managed to suck out a few drops. I’m sure I could get it if I worked on it, but why design a baby product with a learning curve? Worst Oxo product I ever bought.

Good & bad
Really wanted to love this cup, especially because it absolutely doesn’t leak, but it’s incredibly difficult to drink from. Pressure has to be put on the straw below the valve in order to get any liquid out and my 14 month old isn’t about it. Hoping she will be more interested when she’s older and she can understand how to use it

Nice cup, weird straw
The cup is sturdy, easy to clean and a nice size. The spill-proof valve on the straw makes it hard to drink from. It requires the child slightly bite the straw, and my baby couldn't figure it out.
