Very disappointing
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I found this product very difficult to use. I am not a fan of aerosol spray cans, this one in particular was terrible to use. The spray is very inconsistent, making it virtually impossible to get an even spray. When I tried spraying it felt as though it had a constant spray , nope! It just stopped spraying altogether. I will not be purchasing this product.

Pantene Never Stray Hairspray is great!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Pantene Never Stray No Crunch Hairspray did a great job at holding my curly, coarse, frizzy hair in place without making it as stiff as plywood. It preserved the shape of the curls and the fragrance was pleasant. An added bonus is that the product does not contain alcohol so it doesn't dry out the hair. The container size is great for home and on the go.

Does a great job of keeping hair in place
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tried the Pantene Never Stray No Crunch hairspray. I was pleasantly surprised.
First let me say that I haven't used hairspray for a while. I hated the crunch and the smell and the stickiness when I'd try to comb it later. This hairspray is nothing like that.
The first time I used it I actually curled my hair, sprayed the spray on and voila, it stayed in place...I didn't need to comb it and it felt natural. Granted, when I went out into the wind the wind won. I have very fine hair, so it likes to do what it wants and seldom stays in place. This spray made it behave much better. When I did comb it, it was like combing my hair normally, it wasn't crunchy and stiff. The spray also had a nice light scent, not a perfume and not like a chemical. I definitely recommend this hairspray to anyone looking to keep their style for a while.

Leaves my hair feeling great.

I used my Pantene Never Stray No Crunch hairspray, it holds my hair quite well, without that horrible crunchy feeling to my hair. My hair is still nice and soft. I'm not really a fan of hairspray but I would definitely use this product again and I am also interested in trying the other products in this line.

Pantene never stray no crunch hairspray
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recently tried the Pantene never spray no crunch hairspray and my review is mixed.
It has a perfume odour in which I try to stay away from and it really keeps your hair locked down in place.
It is not a sticky hairspray which is a bonus, however it is not as flexible of a spray.
If you are looking for a long lasting spray I recommend it.

Loved this hair spray, it doesn't cause your hair to lose volume and it does not build up over time, meaning it doesn't look like you have product in your hair from day 1-3. I only once before had used hair spray and I remember it made my hair feel crunchy, but there is no such effect when using this spray. If you're just looking for a product to tame your frizz and or to maintain your natural curls as well as add some shine then this product is great. Whats amazing about it is it does not contain any alcohol/parabens and sulphates , all three of these ingredients are a must avoid at all costs, especially if you are trying to grow healthy natural hair. As of the size of the product, it is perfect especially if you're on the go and it also has a very pleasant scent. One thing to improve on is the packaging in my opinion, maybe make it more cute/ feminine

It wasn't hard to use and gave me great hold all day with no crunch! I would absolutely buy this on my own. It is my new favourite hairspray. Great for touch ups or everyday use.

Holding power without the crunch
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like Pantene Pro-V Never Stray Hairspray. Even on day two hair, my hair is soft and not crunchy! The design of the can is unique (which I like) and although the spray was stronger than I expected, it was direct and did not overspray. I would recommend this product to people who want extra hold without the crunch.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recently received an offer to try the PANTENE NEVER STRAY , No Crunch hairspray in exchange for my honest feedback. I have thick, shoulder length hair that is partially strait and the other part quite curly. This product is described as "a finishing spray that lets you play around , without getting caught out of place".
I washed and dried my hair with my usual products then styled my hair the way I wanted. I finished my style off with the Pantene Never Spray. I know that I used too much the first time (the container suggests using less than your normal hairspray.) I found that there was no way I had brushable hair. I tried this product four times using less each time but I was disappointed each time. I couldn't get it to work with my hair. I think maybe it's because I have really think hair.
I would suggest this product be tried by someone who has thinner hair.

The button on the can is stiff and when it finally works the hairspray comes out in a big mist. I found it very hard to use as you have no idea when it is going to come out. The smell of the product was ok neither good or bad.

I didn't need a lot of it to hold my hair in place. I love other pantene products and this one is just as good as the others! Definitely love the "no crunch "

What I do not think that it lives up to is the claim of being "crunch free" and "brushable". My hair was definitely still crunchy and I was not able to get a brush through the parts with hairspray in them.

This hairspray is part of Pantene's waterless collection. It contains 0% alcohol, zero sulfates and zero parabens. It also contains pro- vitamin B5, silk, and bamboo extract.
I have little baby hair all over and this Pantene spray really helps smooth them out. It doesn't get all the baby hair but it gets most of it. I love the fact that I don't have to use bobby pins to keep the hair in place. I also love the fact that this spray didn't leave my hair feeling crunchy or hard to the touch.
I love the scent of this Pantene spray. It smells like freshly shampoo hair. To be honest sometimes I would just spray this on my hair to give it that fresh scent. It is amazing.
I would definitely recommend Pantene's never stray no crunch hairspray and would definitely purchase it again.

Natural HOLD
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have curly/wavy hair, and in order to get through a workout, I normally spray my unruly hair smooth and up into a pony tail. It's crunchy, and easy disturbed by hoods/toques/winds. And it looks really slicked back.
Enter Pantene Never Stray, "No Crunch" hairspray. It's a small aerosol canister, with a mildly scented spray. Best applied in short sprays. And while it offers great hold, my hair still feels natural! No slick. No crunch. No sticky bits.
It acts more like spray gel. I've even used it to settle my curls into a pattern for daily wear. It lasts well, and my hair still moves.
The only drawback is the spraying itself. I'm used to pump or aerosol, but the spray seems to fly in short bursts from this product. It does take a bit of getting used to.
Overall - it's an amazing hair product, and has revolutionized my hair routine. If you have hair with natural wave or body, I'd highly recommend giving it a try.

Best Smelling Hair Spray Ever!

My first impression was good. The container is a nice size (160 g) and it's an aerosol so no pumping required. I found it to have a wide even spray with good coverage. The only downside to that is when you are trying to direct it to a certain spot as opposed to all over. Therefore, it's not a great spray for complicated styling.
I have very fine hair and the first time I tried it, I curled my hair, sprayed it and then tried to fix it a bit. When I did this, my hair felt sticky and hard and the hold didn't last at all. The second time I tried it, I made sure my style was the way I wanted it before I sprayed it. Then I let it completely dry before I even tried to touch it. That made all the difference in the world. My hair felt soft and the style held for most of the evening.
The best part is the scent! I love it !!
I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an all over medium hold.

Great for curls!

First of all, let me just say, that I don't like to use hairspray very often because it leaves my hair feeling like straw. I have thin hair and am sensitive to strong smells. When I noticed the "no crunch" hairspray from patene,I was hopeful that it would be the answer to my prayers.
I do truely enjoy the feeling of flexible and movable hair. This hairspray just nails that aspect! Your hair will still feel like hair and not like brittle straw. The hold is decent, it's not a super strong hold, so if you're looking to recreate some interesting hairstyles, then this isn't for you. But if you can appreciate and enjoy lose curls, wavy texture or beautifully styled buns, then this is your hairspray.
While it does have a faint smell on application, the scent lightens significantly in less than a few minutes.
The design of the product makes the spray application easy to direct and it's a good size for gripping. I wish the bottle size was a little smaller though. I think it would be easier to handle while styling curls.

Great hairspray! 10/10
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Let me start off by saying that the Pantene Pro-V NEVER STRAY hairspray smells amazing! Yes, I did start this review off with the smell because I actually really love the way my hair smells with this product - it has a nice light fragrance and isn't too overpowering. The Never Stray No Crunch Hairspray is exactly that. After spraying my freshly curled hair with this product, I was surprised at how it felt as if I didn't spray anything on my hair at all. I was able to brush through my hair with my fingers with ease. I decided not to spray as much hairspray as I normally would, since the bottle said that I might not need as much, but my hair still held fairly well throughout the day. My curls didn't start loosening until about hour 5-6; but I blame my waist length/thick hair for that. The thing that really caught my eye about this product was that it's made with 0% alcohol, sulfates or parabens! And I believe that that's so important for maintaining healthy hair! The only thing I can really complain about is the fact that it comes in such a small bottle. I'm hoping they consider selling larger sizes with more product to eliminate more waste, Because I definitely will be purchasing again once I'm done with this bottle.

Deceptive Advertising
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got to #tryitfree from @shopperarmy the 5.6oz size aerosol of Pantene's never stray no crunch hairspray. It is claimed to be alcohol free*. When reading the fine print, this just means it doesn't contain ethanol although it contains numerous alcohol ingredients and isomers of ethanol. Deceptive advertising like this does not let me get behind a brand. There are so many companies that are forthcoming about their ingredients and processes and a company that uses deceptive tactics like this in this day and age of transparency is just not okay for me.
As far as the product working, it is definitely not 'no crunch', although it does control the flyaway hairs. It is a bit crunchy when sprayed and stays that way unless you brush it out. When you brush it out however, you lose the flyaway control. For the price, there are many other cleaner ingredient brands. There are also many non aerosol hairsprays that don't need to contain the chemical propellants that I think I would rather use. I appreciate the opportunity to try this product, and I have used Pantene in the past but after seeing the way Procter & Gamble is trying to appear 'clean', I will no longer be using many of their products. I'll also be reviewing the ingredients of other PG products I have to see if this is a constant across the brand.
Not cool PG, I expect more from a huge company. If the little guys can do it, and be affordable, so can you!
