Directions: Apply to wet or dry hair at night. Dispense 1-2 pumps into palms, adjusting for hair length. Apply to hair, beginning at the ends and working upwards. Do not rinse. Continue with your normal hair routine in the morning.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had the pleasure of testing the Pantene Fortifying Damage Repair Castor Oil Treatment. It has casotr oil, and that's one of the main points of interest for me. I know castor oil is one of the best oils for hair use. I've had some experiences, and they were always positive; as with this product. It left my hair feeling smooth and soft. The scent isn't bad too. It's not over powering, which I liked. The only downside is that I felt I needed more than the recommended amounts. But I guess that's just my hair type. I'd continue using this product, and will purchase after the sample has finished.

Lightweight and smells amazing!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have curly dry hair and I was looking for a product that would repair and moisturize.
This product has neat packaging however the instructions were quite difficult to read and I do not wear glasses/contacts.
I have very thick hair and I felt like I had to pump a few times to get a decent amount of product. It is lightweight and smells amazing. I used it and then covered my hair at night and there was no absolutely no residue.
I used it consistently for one week and while I did not notice improved shine, my hair definitely felt healthier.
I will definitely add this to my hair care routine.

Overnight repairing treatment true results
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Pantene overnight castor oil repair treatment does help damage. I used the treatment overnight as directed to set my braided hairstyle. Which I unraveled in the morning to create a polished wave look. Which without this product would have not worked because my hair is so dry from damage due to stripping of my natural oils from shampoo. This product helped nourish my hair to help reveal my true shine from my hair. I loved that there is no residue or build up over three days before washing my hair again. I would definitely purchase this product and recommend to shoppers that it is worth the purchase.

Great on type 4C hair
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recommend the Overnight Repair Serum with Castor oil to everyone. I used it as a leave-in conditioner after washing my hair. It has a pleasant smell and leaves my hair soft and manageable. I have a tight curls pattern and I found that my hair has a nice texture after letting it air dry.
I also used on my daughters' hair which they have braided. Their ends look and feel softer.
The only thing is that You should use it before flat ironing your hair, not after. Water is the first ingredient and when applied on flat ironed hair, you will have to redo the work all over again.

Treatment great type 1, 2 and 3 hair
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) First of all it has a light fragrance so it's not over powering and pleasant. The product it self has a silky feel to it and not clammy. It feels great initially when added to my hair however I noticed that I tried it on my hair not braided at night and it felt extremely dry. The next time I tried it braided and it retained more of the moisture. It a pretty good product that works well in conjunction with other leave in and or sealants . I notice on my 4b/c type hair it has to much of an alcohol base that leaves it more dry than moist. I believe it will work better on type 1, 2 and possible 3 hair type.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product had a nice light scent and smooth texture. Bottle was easy to handle and pump. I found Pantene Fortifying Damage Repair Castor Oil Treatment to feel like a regular conditioner that you can leave in to make hair easier to style.
I was very disappointed with the labeling. While the bottle is pretty, the writing is far too small to be read ( went cross eyed trying ) therefore, if there were instructions I couldn't tell what they were.
I fell that for the expense I'd just use my regular conditioner instead.

You need to add this product to your routine!

My hair had been lacking shiny, volume and growth for a very long time and I had heard great things about castor oil for hair growth but wasn't sure how to apply or use appropriately. When Pantene released this product, I was so excited to try it. At night before bed, I'd apply the product to my roots and throughout the rest of my hair to the ends. This product isn't by any means sticky or smelly so it was definitely okay to sleep with it on your hair whether you're covering your hair or not. And now, I can finally see some growth, and a healthy look to my hair!

Great for straight hair
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have super thick, coarse curly hair so was excited to try a new product that would help with my dry damaged hair. I tried this product on my hair at night twice when it was straightened. My hair was quite frizzy and dry before bed and was pleased to see that it was much calmer and not as dry looking the next morning when I got up. I liked that my hair didn't feel like it had product in it the next day. I also tried it on my hair while it was up and curly and didn't find it as effective as when I had it straight. For the price point I think this product will be good for the not quite ready for a haircut stage for straight hair.
