baked fish without aluminum foil!
Parchment bags work fabulously for baking fish. If you are used to putting fish, chicken or vegetables inside foil packets and baking in the oven...switch to these. And you can put the used bags in the compost! I just wish they weren't sold out because they are hard to find in grocery stores.
