Great frame, poor packing
It's a great frame. Ink pads are easy to use. Turns out really cute. However, there was no packing around the frame for shipping. It was placed in a large box with other items on top... Needless to say the glass was smashed. A bit disappointing as it was a gift with no time to replace, but no issues contacting Well. They refunded the item immediately.

Sentimental keepsake
Wonderful keepsake of baby. Easy to use and mess free, it even has a sticker on the ink pad to make sure you use the right side. My only issue, I had a really hard time putting the frame together again. The alignment on it was off.
