Description
This rich and luxurious Lip Balm Base is specially formulated to hydrate and nourish the lips with vitamin and nutrient rich oils while adding a transparent soft shine to the lips.
Zinc oxide can be added to provide sunscreen protection and essential oils, fragrant oils and botanical extracts can be added in order to make your lip balms unique.
One jar makes 100 - 120 lip balms.
Usage: To preserve vitamins and nutrients melt the required amount on a low heat and add flavour and other ingredients as desired. Penny Lane recommends that no more than 0.25% of any essential oil be added to a the batch (500 g of base). Exceeding this amount may destabilize bonds between the ingredients and cause the product to lose some of it luxurious properties over time.
Ingredients: Coconut oil (Cicis Nucifera), Castor Seed oil (Ricinus communis), Cocoa (Theobroma Cacao) Butter, Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii), Almond (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) Oil, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Calendula (Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract) Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

I see its sold out...
and I'm not surprised. It's an extremely versatile, all-purpose, semi-solid cream that melts as soon as it's on your finger. Now I use it for everything: under the eyes, on the lips, cuticles, feet. Truly magical, all-natural stuff. Please replenish.

I have been buying Penny Lane lip balm base for years. It’s nourishing, non-greasy, and more effective than any other lip balms I’ve ever purchased. It’s also very cost-effective. I will continue purchasing this lip balm base! It’s the BEST!
