New design much worse.
We have been using Avent classic pacifiers for a year, since the day we brought our baby home from the hospital and she has loved them. However, the design has just changed and for the worse. There is now a top and bottom to the pacifier so now that she is able to put it in her own mouth we have to worry whether it's right-side up or not. We are pregnant again and will use a different brand with the new baby to avoid this problem.
