Great for Breastfed Babies
My baby is close to 4 months old and would repeatedly refuse a pacifier. I have probably about 30 pacifiers (all different brands) that she hates! I picked this one up and she took it right away. You are able to stick your finger through it since it is hollow and I did that when introducing it to her so she would understand how to latch onto it and she has hardly let it go since. The only negative thing I can say about it does not look as cute as other pacifiers but if it helps soothe your baby who cares?

Babies thumb got stuck!
Soothie was our preference until our 9 months old woke up screaming last night with her thumb stuck inside. Luckily we were able to extract it before there was any damage. Her circulation returned quickly but her thumb was white from lack of blood flow.
The soothie is relatively new, no more than a few weeks old. We’ve been using them since birth and hadn’t experienced this problem before.
Something to watch out for!

Love it
Like most people have said, this is the only soother my daughter likes! I'm not sure what one of the other posters is talking about saying it's too hard, we have lots of these at home, and they've all been just fine.
Only thing is, I wish they had pacifier clips for them. If they do, I'm unaware.

Avent Soothies Shapes
I have the Soothies shapes. It's a great soother. The only one my baby would use. However I found sometimes he would gag on it a bit but only in the first month. Now he is fine with it. I would still recommend this to others.

Super soothie too hard
Imposible for babys to even latch or suck, way too hard for them. Please fix
