Quality Bag???
Seriously?? When you write "Quality Bag" on your packaging, and the customer finds a piece of crap bag inside that is literally made out of landscaping fabric, you only undermine your company's credibility. This is the exact material you buy in a roll at the hardware store to bury in your garden in order to suppress weeds from growing. This will not protect the razor you just invested in, and as other reviewers stated, the razor's power switch will be activated easily while traveling. The box you purchased it with is a better quality case, but wasn't designed to use as one. You will need a better case for the razor and all the extra pieces.

Just got it; Extend my guarantee?
I just got is, so I don't know how it works but I did have a previous multi-groom from Philips which I liked (battery quit after 2+ years though). It does have all the parts and appears to be a pretty solid unit. It is corded/cordless and water immersable.
I went through the process of registering the product in order to extend the warranty but found after doing that that the warranty period was EXACTLY the same as on the box - Five years! So I don't know what the point of that was ... unless it is just a matter of semantics with them and "Extend your guarantee for free" means the original "Extended Warranty"? I wish companies didn't try to intentionally mislead.

Lots to Like but a Major Design Flaw
Overall this is a really good grooming set, with lots of options. I like the range of blades/guards that come with it; it really does meet more or less every need you'd have. It charges quickly and a short charge will provide enough power for a few uses. The unit feels awkward to operate, though, and the weight feels odd in the hand. The biggest issue is where the on/off button is located, because it is right where you would ordinarily want to grip the clipper when you use it. There have been numerous times where, mid-stroke, I've turned it off by accidentally touching the (quite sensitive) on/off button - and we all know how much that can hurt! I'll probably use it until I get bored with it and find a different model that is better designed.

Very good design overall But...
I've been using this unit for just over a month and find the quality of the components to be very good. Easy enough to change the heads/accessories and truly love the accessory combs. They are very sturdy and well made and fit perfectly on the heads.
To be honest I was debating between this and the Wahl Li-Ion SS which is similar but the combs is what pushed me to this one. The Wahl combs are flimsy.
The unit is quiet, smooth and easy to clean. Only issue (major for me) is the way the power button was designed; a) it's not in the right place as I keep turning it OFF as I use it. b) if it were a slide or slightly below the case surface or even harder to activate accidentally, it may not be an issue. This would have given 5 Stars.
Considering alternatives.

Excellent shaver while it lasted. Purchased in Dec 2018 and was possibly the best beard and hair trimmer I've ever owned due to precision, attachments and battery life, BUT 16 months later (Apr 2020) the charging port and base COMPLETELY BROKE away from the razor exposing the battery with no ability to charge or repair. I would like to claim warranty service since it has a 5yr warranty. If I can not get Philips customer assistance on this item, I will be forced to replace it with a more durable brand.

Would Highly Recommend This Trimmer
I'm Very Pleased So Far With The Performance , Plenty Of Power And Love The Precision Of The Blades …. Self Sharpening They Provide A Very Accurate Trim Result . I Use The Trimmer Primarily For Beard & Mustache Maintenance, So Can Not Give A Fair Assessment Of The Generous Number Of Attachments, I Can Only Suppose They Would Perform As Well. I Feel Phillips Has A Real Winner In The Multigroom 7000 Trimmer
As Stated In Other Reviews It Has Plenty Of Life In One Charge And Power Stays Consistent. Only Down Side Is Positioning Of Power Button
As It Is Sometimes Easy To Accidently Shut It Of While Trimming , But Again That's Certainly No Deal Breaker

Won't last.
Got this razor from my airmails. Good design easy to use, lots of attachments.
That is all I have to say in the pros.
The cons, have only used it 6-7 times over the past 8 months to trim my moustache. It will not hold a charge after the first 3 months and must remain plugged in. Now it won't charge at all. Completely dead and now a paperweight. Buy another product this one is only pretty looking .

As a multigroomer, it works well.
This shaver needs a redesign for the on/off function, as on many occasions I have heard it turn on in my luggage due to a simple push button on/off switch with no protector. The fact that it is supplied with a soft bag for travel is good from a space allocation perspective, but does not protect the on/off switch from being bumped! The last time this happened, I didn't hear it and it ran until the foil shaver head was worn through.
