Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good Bought the Philips Sonicare Essence+ Plaque Control Electric Toothbrush HX3211/03 and have been using it for about 1 month. I had the same product a few years ago but the battery died. This version seems a bit better. The handle is wider and therefore easier to handle while brushing. I like the auto timing feature which helps me gage the amount of time I spend brushing. The Sonicare is quieter than some other brands I had so I like that feature too. The cleaning seems okay as well but I think I need to change the brush head (as I am using an older one) to get a better brushing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall very good. A good product so far, feels comfortable and because I have sensitive teeth, I bought the sensitive model. Brush head is very comfortable, the only reason it did not get 5 stars is battery life does not last the 14 days as advertised on the package. But this is still very good value. I also own a national competitor and battery life is good on that model but the brushing experience is inferior.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Works great and has left my teeth cleaner than a manual brush. Gets between teeth better and even though my teeth are sensitive, it doesn't hurt my teeth. Stays charged for a long time. It is timed so helps me to brush for the full 2 minutes every time, in increments of 30 seconds so helps me focus on each area for 30 seconds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best ever I had never used an electric toothbrush before, however now I won't use my hand one unless an emergency. Makes your mouth feel so much cleaner. A little bit of learning curve as first few times I sprayed the toothpaste all over, but soon realized keep lips closed and let the brush do the work. Love love it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped Working After 9 Months The battery is working but it just vibrates randomly and won't turn on when you actually want to use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glad that I bought it! Initially I found that the toothbrush was extremely noisy - sending high, annoying reverberations throughout my head. But I simply persevered and tried various techniques to lessen those reverberations, and soon began to look forward to brushing my teeth with this brush. I love the 30 second audible reminders, since they help me more easily maintain the overall recommended brushing times. I now much prefer to use this electric brush than my old manual one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better version of the Sonicare Toothbrush I have been using a Philips Sonicare Toothbrush for a long time. The older version did not seem to last that long between charges and this version provides beeps while brushing which acts a benchmark for the amount of time being spent brushing in an area (i.e. - top / bottom / inside top / inside bottom). I find this product gives a better "clean" feeling for your mouth and with this version, you can actually hear the sound.
