Getting close
It's a really good system and the app is very useful for tracking how you're doing to get better results.
Problem? The brush position sensing can get confused, and it always assumes you're going with the app. Having a quick "half-pulse" at the 10 second mark to change sides of the segment would be nice. Having the brush know whether you moved quadrants (perhaps you're taking a bit longer or it's a known problem area" would be great too. 'Course if you can do that, then don't have the brush end the 2 minute timer until you finish the last segment with at least 20 seconds. Or if you exceed say 3 or 4 minutes total. And you can always still turn it off.

Excellent Upgrade
I purchased this toothbrush to replace an older Sonicare toothbrush. The older one actually still worked as intended, but I felt it was time for an upgrade. This new one charges faster, has charging built into the travel case, a pressure sensor and AI guidance that the older one was lacking. All these features seem to work well so far, and I'm overall pleased with my purchase. The only thing I miss from the old brush was that the case was just a basic plastic travel case that I could put into the dishwasher to clean when I returned from my travels, and I can no longer do that with this new case because of the built in charger. If you're okay with the travel case design, I'd say go for it!

Very effective toothbrush however it only holds a short charge
This is my 3rd or 4th Philips electric tooth brush and does a wonderful job of cleaning your teeth. It is also the 3rd or 4th toothbrush that I have had issues with. The customer service provided is wonderful however I feel that for an expensive product as this is, there should be literally no issues. This is the highest end toothbrush Philips makes, with the promise of an “ up to two week battery charge however I have not made it past 5 days yet. A bit disappointing as my son also got a new Diamond Clean and it too had to be sent back due to poor battery life.

Beautiful design and comfortable brushing.
I love this toothbrush. It’s feels sturdy and will probably last me for a long time. I love that it comes wth a glass as well.
The sonic technology felt weird at first but I quickly got used to it. After my first use it felt like the kind of clean you would get at the dentist. It’s amazing!
You can download an app to track your brushing. The only thing is that you have to open the app every time in order to get detailed info about your brushing (I.e. where you put too much pressure and places you missed). Otherwise it’ll just log in that you used the brush but there’s no detailed info.
I wish there was a way it could track all the detailed info without me having to open my phone each time.
Overall I love my new toothbrush.

Excellent
This is my second Sonic Care brush The new smart brush technology is an improvement over the older versions. I still prefer the older 4 zone timing to the newer six zone timing. Maybe if the interval times were longer I would like it more. The smaller charging cup is better and the travel case is improved. The phone app is interesting but not essential. It does give some coaching if you are interested. The separate on/off button and function buttons are a big improvement. Overall I think it does a better job than it's predicessor

Great product!
I love my new electric toothbrush. If you think your $30 electric toothbrush is great, this is worth the upgrade. My teeth instantly felt and looked cleaner after one use. It felt professionally clean, almost like after the dentist clean.The app that comes with it is useful and shows you the exact areas that you need to concentrate on. One of my issues is (and maybe it's just me and my method), that toothpaste flies everywhere and gets on everything . It could be me trying to follow the app and make sure I'm getting all areas with my mouth open, but it's messy. I would've given this 5 stars but my power button gets stuck sometimes and the power stays on, lighting the brush (not the bristles). I may contact Philips about it, it draining my battery life.

Great product.
I am very pleased with this new toothbrush purchase. Having had a diamond care before, I decided to purchase one again. I really like having the opportunity to select the intensity setting. The feature of personalized coaching is fabulous. Having the app is one thing I like that addresses where I need more effort. I just do not always have my device on when I am brushing my teeth. This is one feature that I can see is very beneficial but have not taken it seriously, only because this is just another habit to acquire...
