Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be a great product, now has quality issues I used Philips Diamond Clean Toothbrushes over years. The one I bought first lasted for years until the battery died. The successors all died shortly after the warranty expired. Yes, I kept buying new toothbrushes because it used to be the best electric toothbrush ever. Now I gave up! The product quality has degraded: the reason for failure was always the same: the electronics started acting weird: I.e. toothbrush randomly starting, erratic charging,… until it died.

I also purchased the extended warranty. So I bought this in May 2020 and my warranty expired in May 2022, and sure enough in October 2022 it died. A little over 2 years of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best electric toothbrush I am using the Phillips Sonicare 9750 Diamond Clean Smart. By far the best electric toothbrush I have ever used. This is a replacement from a previous Phillips toothbrush that broke after 6 months. Phillips has amazing customer service. Phillips promptly replaced previous toothbrush within a week. Replaced with a much more expensive version of previous toothbrush with no extra cost. I highly recommend Phillips toothbrushes. My teeth are a lot whiter since using the Phillips 9750.

I have been using this brand of electric toothbrush, and I like it to brush my teeth very clean, and I like its frosted design.And the brush head for cleaning tongue coating is added, which is very sweet. It really did what the advertisement said. My family and I will always use it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best I switched from Oral B to Sonicare. I had top of the line Oral B so bought top of the line Sonicare. My teeth don’t feel as clean as they do with my Oral B. The Sonicare is sitting in the box and was a total disappointment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best electric Toothbrush on the market I had a Philips toothbrush (old) and I decided to try an electric tooth brush from a different manufacturer. HUGE MISTAKE. After 3 months threw it out and went back to Philips. I will never change from Philips ever.
