Redesign brush heads please - bacteria buildup
I love the toothbrush itself, although the stickers do not hold long term. The brush heads have a rubber backing that is not on the adult brush heads. Between the rubber and plastic water and bacteria build up and I found mold on one toothbrush and yellow slime on the other. I had to rip apart the two layers to find that the brush heads going in my kids mouth were accumulating mold it’s disgusting and I am very disappointed. Please redesign a brush head for the kids brush that does not have two separate layers that allow this infiltration and build up.

Poor quality
I purchased Philips adult toothbrushes for myself and my sister, but they both broke after only a year and a half of use. I also got two kids' Philips toothbrushes for my children three months before my toothbrush broke, but both of them broke before reaching one year of use. My son switched to a different brand after his Philips toothbrush broke, while my daughter liked the bigger brush head of the Philips toothbrush and got another one. Unfortunately, it also broke after only half a year. After experiencing these issues, our whole family has given up on using Philips toothbrushes. Although the box claims a two-year warranty, it was difficult to find information on how to contact the company for support.

Makes toothbrushing more effective and fun
My kids love it! But... I opened up the review page specifically to ask/recommend that the software be updated so that the child's account is available across multiple devices. Sometimes they brush using my phone and sometimes using their dad's phone if I'm working late so I have a reminder to "fake brush" when I'm out (after confirmation from my husband that they did brush) so that they can build their streaks. My son really wants a long streak (my daughter doesn't care). But I'm human and sometimes forget. Looking forward to the sonicare kids app 2.0 where this is a possibility!
Also, the ability to program in a reminder after brushing - "Don't forget your retainer!", or flossing, or whatever would be helpful.

Hard to keep it clean
Great design to teach kids to brush teeth by watching the video on app, but the quality of the material it’s very hard to keep it clean( without mold) the bottom of the brush, the connection between head and brush need to be cleaned very often, otherwise it will have mold! I change brush head every 2-3 months and use brush to clean this brush weekly…. Hope you to find other material that won’t cause mold esp for kid’s toothbrush

Great Products
We really like the products.
Easy to use and clean.
Our children like the two minute timer reminder for how long they need to brush.
We also like the newest model that lets you know when it is time to change the brush head.
Would definitely recommend and buy again.
