Work quite well.
Although these are intended for overnight, I actually prefer them for daytime use.
They offer coverage when seated for extended periods of time which for me is a must!
Having very limited mobility, these work for me.

I use these 24/7. I have been unable to find anything else that works so well for incontinence. Highly recommend them.
