I really expected to enjoy this popcorn as I'm a fan of quite a few products with dairy-free butter flavoring and have been dairy-free for many years... but there is a strange, off-putting yeasty or 'funky' taste that is potent when I pop the popcorn in my mouth. As I eat it, the weird flavor diminishes, but I can smell and taste it right away with each bite. My friend who tried it only commented on it not having much flavor. I however, taste it vividly and do not enjoy it. I also see that there are a few 5-star reviews on this popcorn so maybe I am just the odd man out and there's something in it that just rubs me the wrong way and I wouldn't buy it again.
