Description
The 325 ml Pura Straw Bottle is ideal for pre-K to early elementary
school kids. The 100% medical grade silicone straw top eliminates
distracting drinking or lid removal noises of traditional bottles making
them a teacher’s favorite! The straw bottle is 100% plastic-free. With
Pura, you can be sure you are getting the safest, BPA/BPS-free and
toxin-free bottle on the market.
Pura has
developed the first 100% plastic-free straw bottle on the market. The
100% medical grade silicone straw top is comprised of two pieces – the
mouthpiece and the straight straw that extends into the bottle. This
allows older kids to drink upright (with the straight straw attached) or
by tipping the bottle up (with the straight straw removed).
As
with all products in the Pura line, the straw bottle features the
patented stainless-steel lid design that allows the bottle to be used
with flat cap, or Big Mouth sport top so junior’s drinking preference

Stainless steel doesn’t withstand child use
I want to love this water bottle. We chose it because of the materials... stainless steel bottle and silicone (rather than plastic) straw and sleeve. My 1 year old and 3 year old love this water bottle and it’s easy for them to drink from.
Our disappointment comes from the quality of the stainless steel bottle. Both kids dropped the bottle on the ground and within first day of use, the bottom of the bottles are no longer flat and don’t stand up right (after just one drop each). We have stainless steel munchkin 360 cups which have endured many more falls and are in perfect shape. If the quality of the stainless steel improved and could withstand kid use, this would be a 5 star product.

Straw doesn’t work properly
I bought two of these previously and loved them but recently purchased two more and the second set I received does not work enough for the kids to be able to use them. The silicon drinking straw collapses when the kids suck on them and doesn’t allow water through. Super disappointing after paying $35 per bottle. Would not purchase again and advise against anyone else purchasing. Waste of money.

Needs a proper lid!
I liked the bottle/straw set up, as did my daughter. It was great for home use to fill up in the morning and have available. But the silicone "cap" was pointless. Would appreciate a better cap on the bottle. As an FYI for those with really small kids, if it's tipped sideways, the straw does leak. Don't trust it inside a bag.
