Not great for cooking or warm drinks.
When it comes to protein I'm a simple girl with simple needs. I want a flavour that doesn't taste too chemically, a formula that mixes well with my morning coffee (hello protein mocha), and something that blends easily in water. While the flavour of this protein is fine, the consistency isn't great. Get's chunky when stirred into hot beverages, and even after using it in my blender, it still separated. Wouldn't recommend.

Good as a shake
This is my husband’s favorite flavor. It works well with just water or even better with cold milk to make a great shake. He will add it to yogurt as well, though I don’t recommend adding it to Greek yogurt as it becomes SUPER thick. Good with your regular plain yogurt though
