Mara is from Bushwick, Brooklyn and she grew up going to the small grunge shows in the basements of vintage t-shirt shops with her ultra hip fashion designer parents, of course. Mara is loving her third year at Shadow High. After Neon Shadow broke up, cam back together, broke up, and came back together again at the end of her second year, she knows they’re stronger and more punk than ever.
