This is a great
This is a great eye primer! It keeps the eye shadow in place, it covers my veins on the eye area, and it makes your eye like a good canvas before applying the eye shadow

It’s very creamy however
It’s very creamy however I have a hooded eye, it was okay but not another buy for me. It creased pretty bad for me, but did keep the color very pigmented when applied?
