Don’t recommend, burns eyes
I’m not sure if the other reviews purchased a different version of this makeup remover but the one I purchased (this one) Does not remove water proof eye make up. Product burns your eyes. 0/10 do not recommend

Worst remover I've ever used
So I bought this for the first time on a whim, I definitely regret it. I used 2 cotton squares of the stuff on each eye and it's like it just smeared my eyeliner around, my mascara didn't even budge. I had to go back over with micellar water just to actually get my eye makeup off. Big disappointment for sure.

Not for removing waterproof
Does gentle mean ineffective? Bought this today to remove the Rimmel 100% Waterproof Mascara. It DOES NOT WORK! Plain and simple! Lost a lot of lashes to add to the frustration. They tender skin under my eyes is stained grey from the mascara and it doesn't remove that either. Don't buy this product.

Terrible Eye Makeup Remover
I have sensitive eyes and wear waterproof mascara. All makeup wipe brands I try burn my eyes (even if the wipes work great for my face), so I’ve always had to use a separate eye makeup remover solution to remove my eye makeup. I made the mistake of buying 3 of this eye makeup remover because it was a “better value” than the usual one I purchase, and am now stuck with an eye makeup remover that is absolutely terrible for sensitive eyes OR waterproof products. The good news is it is so ineffective I have to use tons of it each use and it is easy to get rid of. Not only does it burn; it removes waterproof mascara in little balls because the solubility is just not there. If you have sensitive eyes/use waterproof mascara, do not buy this product. If anyone is looking for one that works like a dream and melts waterproof mascara/other eye makeup off without irritating the eyes, I use the Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover (and their makeup wipes for my face).

It sucks
It is supposed to be an eye makeup remover. Well, it does not do the job. I have tried it with 2 completely different mascaras and it fails to remove both of them! A total waste of money. It feels like you're putting water over your makeup to remove it. But water probably has more makeup removing ability than this product!!
