Love this grain!
I have tried Red Mill brand farro but it was tough and didn’t have much flavour. I read up on farro and realized that I needed to get “pearl” farro for a nutty flavour and a nice chew. I saw this product and decided to try it. IT IS AMAZING! I make a Farro Salad with red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, feta, cucumber, onion, grape tomatoes, and parsley. It has the perfect chew and is nutty. I also throw in some toasted pecans. I just measure 4-1, bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low for 80 mins. Drain and let cool....perfection. I just wish it came in bigger packages.
