My little guy loves this rattle/ teether combo. The top of the cloud has silicone on part of it to make it softer ( but still very firm) which is great for chewing on. The shape of the cloud also lends it self to fitting in to tiny mouths from many angles The stars have also been greater for learning to grab and chew on as well.
