These are very easy to take and quite tasty. A little too tasty, in fact. I bought them because I tend to get a craving for something sweet at night. So, instead, I popped a couple of these and waited. Then popped a couple more. And waited. Followed by another couple. Didn't do anything to curb my craving/appetite but I will say that it had a rather, er, laxative effect a few hours later. So, 5 stars for flavour and ease of use but marked down to 3 stars because they didn't really get me through that late night craving and the after-effect was pretty powerful.
