Split Tree Cocktail Co. Grapefruit Cordial

Created by combining freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice, grapefruit zest, and sugar to produce a truly authentic and natural cordial with the bright zing of real grapefruit. This extremely versatile mix makes a refreshing soda and pairs beautifully with vodka, gin, tequila ale, lager, and even champagne for a refreshing cocktail with an authentic craft taste. Each bottle will make 8- 16 cocktails.

Split Tree Ruby Sipper:

• Add ice to your favourite high ball glass
• 1 1/2 oz of gin
• 1/2 oz of Split Tonic N3
• 1 oz of Split Tree Grapefruit Cordial
• 2-3 oz of soda water
• Garnish with fresh mint
