(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a basic body lotion in my opinion, and therefore, there are many direct comparables to this product. It's definitely the type of body lotion that I must have around the house. For this particular product, it is light, fast absorbing, and moisturizing, with a nice light scent. However, the comparable products I've tried also have those qualities, though they may differ slightly in terms of thickness and scent. Nonetheless, I find the effect to be the same across this type of body lotions. Unless you are scent sensitive, this is definitely another great basic body lotion option - nice big bottle at a very competitive price.

I like large jugs with pumps because I want it to last me more than a month. The pump makes it very easy to get the lotion out. There is hardly any pear scent. Pear is not a very strong scent anyways. It has a light texture, non greasy, absorbs fast and leaving my skin hydrated. I like to use this at least twice a day in the mornings and evenings. Did you know this lotion contains 100% naturally sourced vegetable glycerin which attracts moisture? I am no sure but, I doubt there is hardly any difference in texture between regular St. Ives and St. Ives with soy bean.

It is a type of lotion you want to keep around the house to use when your skin is dry and/or when you just want to put on lotion on your hands, legs and arms. It smells great and is light not a strong perfume smell which is nice and relaxing. It helps with dry skin. When you want a lotion the you keep in every room without the worry of it smelly too loud or wasting it because it cost a lot of money then this is what you want to keep in your home. And best of all it actually works.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love this lotion ! I have it by my nightstand for a day and night moisturizer if ever feeling dry. I will say if you have severe dry skin which I occasionally get, this is not a thick lotion that will cure that. This is a medium texture lotion that definitely moisturizes the skin but isn't thick. To me it has a more thin feel to it but does a great job. Plus it smells great !

I used it all over right after the shower and it made my skin feel smooth all day. with most St Ives products it has a very travel friendly lid so you are able to take it on the go. I thought that the scent wasn't over powering as I do most lotions.

It lets me feel cool and fresh even when its hot. I love the way it goes on non-greasy and soaks right in. Never tested on animals too - love this brand.

I found this body wash to be very refreshing and hydrating. The Pear Nectar has a nice light scent and the soy leaves your skin silky soft. The price is quite reasonable and affordable.

The best thing about this lotion (besides the smell) is that your skin feels super soft all day long! It's doesn't let you down. Did I mention that I love the smell?!
