The new formula isn't as great as the original.
The new formula isn't as thick and effective as the original replenishing mineral lotion. The scent isn't as potent as it was and the formula isn't as effective as the old one. I used to put one layer on my body after my shower and would be well replenished and moisturized all day but the new formula makes my legs itchy. I find myself having to reapply the lotion. The old formula had small mineral that were visible to the eye but the cream is just not as good anymore.... i am very disappointed.

Im a diabetic and i have tried every cream out there and i want to say Thank you so much for making a cream that works,,i will always use this cream,,it really works and helps with dry skim,,,,,,again thank you

Only thing that works for my boyfriend
My boyfriend has sensitive skin & lots of allergies and this is the only body lotion which works for him. Please don't ever discontinue! I myself love St Ives too and I use both the body lotion & body wash etc.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A friend of mine had me try this cream and I've been obsessed with it ever since! It really transforms, dull dry skin into being glowing and smooth afterwards. It also has diminished the red bumps from keratosis pilaris, on the back of my arms, making me less self conscious about exposing them. I love how silky soft my skin feels and the scent is light and fresh. I'm constantly wanting to reapply because it works so well. I first bought this in the tub format but since switched to the bottle with the pump. Much more hygienic this way.

Disappointed
Why did St. Ives change the effective Mineral Therapy formula to the new Alpine Minerals Body Lotion? The original Mineral Therapy absorbed into my skin and thoroughly moisturized it. This new product does not absorb into my skin, in fact it leaves a sticky, plastic feeling on the surface of my skin. I very disappointed and will now have to find a new lotion.

I use it everyday and its so refreshing.. smells so wild.. that very little effort gives me a spa sensation.. or for sure... a sea bath...the mineral salts can be felt on ur skin..it does not have a smooth texure but once u get foam u r left on sea shore.. Its hypoallergic.. gently exfoliates but doesnt leaves my skin dry.. and its non-greasy too. I m writing a review after reading negative reviews for it.. which I genuinely dont agree.. try befor forming any opinion.

The Undisputed G.O.A.T.
Like the title states, this product is the greatest of all time. It offers great moisture without being thick and heavy or greasy. It withstands the cold winters of the Midwest and resists the basic wear and tear of the day. I've tried several other products and brands, but none compare to the quality of this product.
