Dosage: Get the best results by following these steps, exfoliate with an exfoliating skin primer. Moisturize dry areas of the body ie. Knees, feet, elbows & ankles. Let it dry fully.  Always wear gloves or use an applicator mitt to prevent staining your palms. Shake (closed bottle) well before use and then apply a small amount of lotion evenly, in a circular motion onto the body and face. To avoid streaks on knees and elbows, bend when applying to this area. The tan will develop over 4-6 hours. During this time, avoid contact
