I was very excited based on the reviews I read, but from the moment I opened it the liner was sticky and dry. I managed to do a small frustrating cat eye, then tried again the next day and thr pen was already dried out and useless. I tried both with and without primer in and with primer it was worse (day 2). Not sure if I got a bad batch or if we'll sent me one that was long expired.

Been using this for years!
I've been using this for several years now and I'm happy that Well.ca carries it! This liquid eye liner is long lasting, does not smudge and never disappoint! The straight felt tip makes it very easy to apply.
