Usually I really like Sukin products but this for some reason, after applying to under eyes, once it dries it is SO dry and makes my skin feel like sandy and dry. It's not the effect I'm looking for in an eye serum. I'm not sure if this is how it is intended to feel, but I highly doubt it. :(
