I’m extremely disappointed with Suncoat Products. I purchased the Kids Love 4 Earth nail polish set, and not only was one bottle unusable due to a gelatinous texture, but the purple bottle shattered in my 5-year-old’s hands as he unscrewed it. This left him with cuts and glass everywhere—an incredibly dangerous and unacceptable situation.
When I reached out to the company, the owner refused to take accountability, instead blaming the weather. As a Canadian company, it’s their responsibility to ensure their products can withstand shipment in Canadian climates. What’s worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the safety risk. This lack of care and accountability is appalling. Parents, beware of this product.
